Love the brisket! It’s a must any time I’m in the airport.

There aren’t too many places in laredo to eat, so this place is quite good. I had the tampiquena. They give you soup, chips and Salsa complimentary.

It was recommended that I try their brisket taco. I didn’t see them on the lunch menu. I asked the girl at the counter and she showed me another menu… a breakfast menu which had the brisket taco. You can get these anytime of the day though. I got four of them because I didn’t think they came with anything else. They came with chips and salsa, soup, and a side of refried beans. I had to take two tacos to go because I was stuffed and satisfied. Everything was really tasty and better then expected. Service was attentive and friendly. I would also recommend trying the brisket tacos. I’m excited to eat my leftover tacos later.

Fantastic find. Flight was delayed so I tried this restaurant at the airport here in Laredo. Good food and good service. Down to earth Mexican food.

The food is so good I would fly to Laredo just to eat here! Awesome customer service. Not to be expected from an airport restaurant!

Grab the brisket tacos before getting on your flight. They’re awesome. Don’t forget to drench them in the sauce that comes with it.

The Villa Laredo Restaurant is the little café in the check in area at the Laredo Airport… just to the left of the escalators going up to the three gates. From the outside, it looks like a walk up drink & snack shop, but they do have a dedicated real menu and serve up decent food. Breakfast choices include omelettes, los mariachis(breakfast tacos). Other than breakfast, items available are Burgers, fried shrimp/fish, Mexican standards, sandwiches and BBQ. They have a lunch menu too, but unsure whether you can get that during the morning. Here for breakfast, so ordered up the Huevos Rancheros(see pic). Just as advertised. Rather delicious, though the salsa on top made it look like the eggs were swimming. No worries. Additional salsa is served as well as tortillas(flour or corn) built into the eggs and refried beans or served on the side. Coffee cup is never empty as the service is friendly. Aside from the vending machines in the gate area, this is the only place to eat. If you get a delay or arrive hungry with a little time, Villa Laredo is a good option.
