Jesse was hired by my sister and myself on a condo we jointly own. He did not show up to do the final walk thru which required a lot of touch ups. He said he would be back. He was a no show no call… our bad we paid him thinking he would do the final walk thru. A porch screen was torn… he said he would back to fix it… never showed. Also broke a light fixture will be back with new one on final walk thru… never showed or returned my calls. He was to haul away all his debris never did it… had to hire someone to remove from porch and take to junk yard. If I could give zero stars that is what I would do. He comes across very smooth and polite he fails to complete work or even make good on what he has damaged. He painted over the light switches rather than taking them out. The place was empty so he was given a key. We asked that he return the key to drop it off… no call… since a wood flooring was being delivered we had the locks changed since we had valuables in there at that point. After hour locksmith another $ 150.00. One big mistake on using him!
