Great service and honest. I have a Maytag dryer that needed a motherboard and they could have sold me a new one but repaired what originally cost me $ 1600 for the dry cleaning feature for $ 150 for the part.
I highly recommend Hansen’s to anyone. Fred, Janet and Lance are the one’s that tracked down the part for me and fount it at a fraction of what I was finding.

As others have noted, I also found this place to be a joke. Stopped by here to support local sales and was offered used washer and dryers at a premium price that the salesman had no idea about, not the year of manufacture of one or even the dimensions of them. He told me he has less expensive ones for sale and to follow him, he walked me out the door and into a fenced back yard with sea containers full of used washer and dryers. Not only was it a safety risk walking into a back lot for a women, then the appliances were not priced at the amount he had said. His dementia kicked in back there and he couldn’t remember the price he quoted me while inside the store. Mr salesman tried to suck me in with the cost of a service call on washing machines starting at over $ 100, when theirs is only $ 69.00. I walked away a little richer from that confusing mess of a sales ploy. I will buy from a big box store before I go back there. I don’t need an apology for your company’s poor service.

I had a phone conversation and was told they would buy my used washing machine for $ 60. My son loaded it and tried to deliver it. He left after they offered him $ 20. This was a typical underhanded bait and switch.

We got a new washer and dryer and decided to sell the old washer to Hansens, so I called and was told that if I brought the washer in they would pay $ 60 for it. So I enlisted some help and loaded the washer into my pickup truck. When I arrived the fellow told me that he would give me $ 20 or I could just drive home with the washer, A bait and switch scam! He knew I didn’t want to take this thing back home. I did anyway out of principle and the washer is still sitting in my truck. I wonder how many people have suffered this same trick! This business is corrupt and the owner is a thief! Stay away!
