WE ate at this BK on wed 2/3, I have 2 say the server, the girl wit red n yellowish hair was the nicest person I’ve meet. We sat down and waited 4 our food. This amazing Girl brought our food 2 us. This girl is going places beyond her wildous dreams!

If there was a option to give ZERO stars, this BK would certainly be the first to get it. HORRIBLE service, HORRIBLE customer service, HORRIBLE time wait and above all they do not get your order right. After waiting a long time in the«drive thru» I had to go inside and ask for an item they forgot to place in the bag. I had to wait several minutes to be attended then on top of that I had to wait 11 minutes to receive my order. Needles to say my food was cold, and I arrived late to my appointment. Thank you BK!

Horrible! 20 min in the drive thru! Eric is the manager and needs some training on how to do the drive thru. If you have large orders you park the car. You don’t make someone who just ordered a milkshake wait 20 minutes in the drive-thru. Then when you are asked about why there are problems you are given some lame excuse… This is not customer service or friendly… My money was taken even before I got to the first window so I had no way to leave if I wanted to leave 15 minutes into my wait. I’m very disappointed with the service I received today…

I haven’t been to a BK in years. This one used to be awful, I think that’s why I stopped going. This visit… what a difference for the better! Much cleaner seating area, the staff very helpful and friendly. I ordered a premium chicken sandwich, which wasn’t too bad. Except for the bun which overpowered the chicken. Otherwise not bad
