Checkers

VERY slow service. I was picking up the meal for my parents, and they said it tasted fine. However, the wait at the drive through was ridiculous (15 minutes).

Can’t EVER get an order right. I’d have better luck getting my dog to drive to Wendy’s than this place to do anything correct.

Ok. So keeping in mind that this is a fast food place, so I wasn’t expecting 5 star service… This is the second time we have been thru and had to deal with the oh so lovely Tommy. Apparently he must hate his job, as he is completely rude in the Mic, and you can’t even get your whole order out before he starts barking off totals, then disappears off the Mic completely. Had to pull to the window to place the rest of our order, much to his aggravation. If this wouldn’t be the only one on my way home and if only they didn’t have the best spicy chicken sandwiches, I would have gladly told him how terrible his customer service is. Completely unacceptable and rude employee. No matter what your job is, no matter how minimal, you are the face of the company. Would think checkers would want someone who would represent them well, seeing as they do pay him a paycheck.

Sorry but this place gave us a gut bomb and I literally wanted to puke out my #5 combo about 10 minutes after I ate it. The service was nice and the food was tasty when we were eating it, BUT we walked to the Publix right next to it and my wife and I both felt ill by the time we had walked there. I considered going to the bathroom to puke it up, but I decided against it and just dealt with a tummy ache for the night. I really wanted to like this place, but beware.

Trying this out for the first time. Interesting selection of food. Friendly and courteous staff. Good food too!
