McDonald’s

Stood at the counter for some time while they only served the drive-​thru. Tunnel vision, no ability to multi-​task. Supposed manager is a joke. And they want $ 15.00/hr. Step up your game guys, this ain’t it!!!

I stopped going to this location last month after the same incident occurred twice. Ordered and paid for a meal, order was correct on the receipt, yet two days in a row it was not what I ordered nor what I paid for. Whoever was working the drive-​thru was very hurried, after each item, before giving us time to let her know of the next order, she’d tell us our total and tell us to move on to the window. She should really ask if we are done or not before rushing us, especially when we keep ordering after the third time she interrupted.

A very simple order… two quarter pounder with cheese meals and a 10 pc nuggets. After waiting 5 minutes at the DT window we were parked for «waiting on fries.» After another 5 minutes we had our order and headed home. Got home with NO NUGGETS IN THE BAG. This was outside of the normal rush times (2pm). I know this stuff happens but there’s really no excuse as the manager brought the order out to the car. I was a McDs manager for 10 years. If it passed through MY hands I always checked it.

Tried this location had a very pleasant experience. my order was right, was very clean mcds I enjoyed the staff. I saw the review it must of been a one off as with anything and anyone. But as for my visit was great. thank you mcds and great people

I really just stopped in to use the restroom but the lady working to counter greeted me so I thought I’d get a quick bite after all. The place was pretty clean considering. But everyone know what McD’s is so I’ll leave it at that.

This McDonalds for quite some time had many problems with management and service. Over the past year, I believed it to change considerably for the better.
Last evening however my faith in the poor service was restored. I completed a very simple order of 2 burgers, large fries, and 2 pies.
I always go in to this store, as I have had such terrible service in the past, and like to attempt to resolve issues right away. I noted that the girl who took my order walked over to the french fry bin. The girl at the fry bin told her, «I’ll get you fries when these are done» in reference to a basket of french fires in the grease.
The girl who took my order then began to pile old french fries into a container. When fresh fries were finished cooking, she added a few on top.
I asked, «please don’t give me a bunch of old french fries with a few hot ones on top». The girl then turned around, threw the whole container of french fries back in the bin, mixed them all together and provided another container of fries.
I attempted to explain to her this was really not a good resolution to the request, however she began to argue, and make the statement «those are fresh fries» many times over and over again.
I will again complain to McDonalds Corporation about this store. It seems to be an ongoing issue for them. And I know of many others that have made the same complaint.
