I rushed to get here after work, but they were closed. Both the website and the sign on the door stated they were open until 7:00. I arrived at 6:45 and the lights were off and doors were locked.

horrible customer service!
im not one to be rude, but i ordered an arrangement from the west coast to be delivered-same day– and they had a breakdown of a truck, so the order did not make it that day. the company did not contact me to tell me about the issue. and when i called to ask the manager about my order, rude employees became nasty & sarcastic and would not help with the issue. i called twice & had to hang up both times because of their rude attitudes. and not resolving my complaint. called customer service to explain to corporate. and they let me know that one of the people who was nasty to me – was the manager!!–
