IHOP

Just your standard and expected chain location, but Mom loves IHOP so we come here every so often to feed her need.
The food and actual table service here deserve 4 stars. The only «bad» experiences I have had here were because of fellow diners!
While not totally IHOP’s fault, shouldn’t the staff really make some form of effort to reduce the chaos?
My last visit, around 7pm, there was a very drunk lady in her 50’s, blasting Van Halen tunes on her smart phone. The staff ignored her, while all nearby diners looked around in confusion and quickly finished their meals. This lasted well over 30 minutes. No fun!
My previous visit? 7pm again, four adults let their 4 kids run wild ALL around the restaurant, throwing food, screaming, and causing an overall miserable dining experience for everyone else.
Again, the staff here just hid in the corners, ignored it, and did nothing. The manager should have taken some form of control.
To conclude, we almost consider this place «Dining with a free show» here now. Joker’s wild. Calm or chaos? Roll the dice and take a chance? Eh, no thanks…
I think I will take Mom to the new nearby IHOP location and hope we have a better experience and hope there is some adult at the helm!

Don’t ask for ham. You will only get half a slice. No manager around to talk to. Poor customer satisfaction

Great menu and customer service. My meal didn’t take long to cook. It’s very quite during the mid day there. I usually like the New York cheesecake pancakes. I order the French toast with strawberry banana.

This is gonna sound weird, but the burgers are fantastic, it’s all I ever order there. Unlike alota places like this they cook the burgers to order and they do it well. Nothing like a great burger at 2AM to cap off the night

Quick service, good breakfast fair, friendly staff. Only downside was listening to the manager and waitress discuss a problem 10 feet from our table.

This place is a hit or a miss. I had terrible service and the server only came twice to check on us. No drink refills, no ketchup for our hash browns and it took her 20 minutes for our check. The positive side is the food was on point, great pancakes and my steak omelet was great. Usually in the past this place is great and the service rules. However, this Ihop is becoming a hit or a miss type of place. I wont be back for awhile.

Overall decent ihop. Relatively clean inside. Service was great, our server Miranda was great. Food was good and cooked right. No complaints at all, will eat here again probably when here in the area.

Basic IHOP. We go because he really likes it and it’s a block from our crib, otherwise I probably wouldn’t seek this out. Any IHOP really.
Service is always good, this location is always packed on weekend mornings but they move you in and out pretty quickly. One thing I have to mention about this particular location is the smell. It always smells like mildew. I can almost guarantee that this places floods frequently and doesn’t get properly cleaned up. It’s not strong enough to be a deal breaker though.
Food’s pretty good, not a pancake fan so I can’t speak about those. He gets them sometimes and they look pretty small to me. I do not like the fact that you get nothing with an omelette. It does not come with hash browns which I think sucks. They’re not cheap either so I think they should be included. I do like that you can get a quick two egg breakfast for like $ 7.00. Two eggs, hash browns, bacon and toast. It’ll do the job. They usually cook the eggs correctly too.

Your basic IHOP. Service is good & restaurant is clean. If you are looking for breakfast all day then this is the place. Perks? Great Irish Pub-Finley’s-is right across the street so you don’t even have to drive to sober up!

This IHOP is always packed for week end mornng/​late morning Breakfast and is always worth the wait.
I like to get the Hamburger with the Egg over easy on top. Always excellent but be warned it’s always messy. If it aint messy then you aint eatin’.
I’ve never had a problem everytime I’ve been here and the food was always was fresh but what the hell do I know.

The service was good. Nice waitress. Sorry to say though, the good service does not make up for the terrible quality of the food.
I ordered scrambled eggs, hashbrowns, sausage, and pancakes. The eggs were average, the hashbrowns tasted like mold/​mildew. I took one bite of the hashbrowns and spent the next five min trying to keep from losing what was in my belly. The whip cream on the pancakes melted and made them very soggy.
The overall experience was a 2 out of 10. We had screaming kids sitting on both sides. I will be crying myself to sleep tonight.
