I only use standup tanning machines, and LA Tans has just one. Sadly this machine looks like it’s 20 years old complete with dim, dead bulbs and missing a bulb up top all year now??! No chair in the tiny room to sit and change comfortably. The staff is so sweet, but other than that this, place is dated as hell. Hardcore sales pitch is also a turnoff, though the girls are just doing their job, so that’s understandable. Using up remaining dollars and seeking a new place :/

This place is horrible! Absolute worst customer service ever! I had seen bad reviews about this place and stupidly didn’t listen. The «manager» at the Tyrone location named Dana was one of the most disgusting and unprofessional people I have ever come in with! The spray tan machines are always broken and unattended to. They messed up my billing then tried to blame it on me when I had already paid almost double what I was supposed to! Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY!
