Worst place to rent only if your desperate or don’t know better. The only good thing is the property management.
That’s only if you visit them in their office don’t ask them to come check out what’s wrong or report a drug dealer neighbor.
Their maintenance crew is the worst. They look at you as an interruption of their day instead of a tenant
Lawn has both types if feces you would want.
The only tip I can suggest if you look to rent anywhere. Look at the shades in the windows. Trailer park types don’t care if they get shredded they end up tossing sheets up anyway. If I would have taken a complete property tour I would have learned my lesson before signing a 7 month lease.
