Sitting here trying to enjoy my food while they are forcing old school soul music down your throat with the food. They blast it so loud you have to pretty much be in the persons face while you are talking to them.

This location recently renovated the parking lot to double the line capacity and create 2 lines without adding any capacity to serve more quickly. Drive thru is incredibly slow and food is lukewark/cold because you have to wait so long(double the cars) to receive it. Also, the new flow of the drive thru line does not work well. The line is supposed to split after drivers reach a point at the front but many people just drive up into the shortest line without waiting for the split. After my most recent experiences, I go out of my way to drive to another location and to avoid this one.

Been in line for 30 for a burger. They let two cars in front of me. Never will be back. Wish I can give 0 stars

They redid the parking lot for this McDonald’s so that there are two lanes and it is absolutely horrible! I know they were trying to better manage the traffic, but this does not help. The lines get backed up more! The service is terrible! We had to wait twice for our food in the customer parking lane because our order wasn’t ready. The manager who brought us our food didn’t apologize or anything just handed us our food and moved to the next car.

ILL! It took 35 minutes for me to get two strawberry banana smoothies one Sunday afternoon. This place has steadily gone done hill over the years; I don’t know if this could be associated with the ghetto attrocity aka The BLVD. On Friday nights there used to be peope out with beatutiful antique cars now when we went over there last Friday night you would have sworn that some sort of ghetto videos were being filmed. There are people riding around on the hoods of cars, hanging out, dancing, smoking, drinking, littering, loitering. It’s really a hot mess now. SMH

I am not a Mickey D’s fan to begin with but with 3 kids you almost most can avoid it. So my son & I stopped by cause it was close to his practice. Surprisingly quick! However the counter next to where eat needed a little repair. The food was regular McDonalds. I liked this one better when it was the Motown McDonalds!

This Mcdonald’s is okay but they get really busy on the weekend, and they don’t handle the crowd very well. You know I must be in a bind if I’m at Mcdonald’s in the first place. It’s too much confusion here in terms of getting your food. I can’t lie this is the first restaurant I’ve been to in a while that I have seen this many black people. Maybe because I’m in DC this weekend.

This McDonalds has the worse food and their Sweet Tea is always spoiled. I live a mile away from this location and would rather travel to the McDonalds on Ritchie Road or Landover Road. I hate that I have to give this dump one star! As said on Living Color, «Hated It!»

Yes this place is always slow. I am talking about I can order from there, go over to the Bojangles, order a Cajuin Biscut meal and return to no order, slow. Some of the workers are very rude and unprofessional(although the older women who have worked the drive thru are nice.) One time I went inside for just a smoothie and I remember the cashier taking my order then just stood there complaining to the manager she wanted to go home. Then she screemed at the other employee when he when he inquired about an order she placed.

Has really gone down hill! Growing up, this used to be a pretty decent McDonald’s! I don’t know what happened but the service has become terrible. I’ll never forget the time where I ordered breakfast and changed my mind about something that I wanted and the drive thru worker took a nasty tone with me over the speaker. When I pulled up to the window, I gave her the money and she told me the amount of change that I was due but I didn’t hear her the first time. So naturally, I asked her if she could repeat what she said and she spoke really slow to me and started counting the change to me coin by coin. I looked at her like she was crazy and told her that wasn’t necessary and pulled up to the next window. The first opportunity I got I reported the incident and then like a week later the regional manager called me. He apologized and implied that this wasn’t the first complaint that he received and he would see to it that she was fired. Another time, I ordered a coffee and when I got back to the office I noticed it was creamer already mixed into it with something white floating in it. Yeah, so pretty much stay clear of this place if you can.
