I just stood in line at their copy center for 10 minutes without regconition. I was finally acknowledged by an employee that stated the other gentleman would be right with me because it was time for him to go home. The manager then approached and goofed around with this employee for 5 minutes without ever acknowledging mw as well. I finally just left. Awful customer service

This location is super small, and the service is not great! I went in to grab some dry erase markers and the check out line too forever. Once they finally got another lane open the man was very polite and quick. i think he may have been a manager. The poor girl working the original line though was still waiting on someone to come help her or get her a price or something when i left…
The parking lot is also super chaotic and small at this location too so be careful out there.

Nice selection of pretty much everything here. They have tons of tablets and computers. I recommend browsing the store’s selection of what ever you’re looking for online before coming to the store. Staples also has free WiFi! They just recently started to carry Apple accessories. Unlike other Staples, there are never long lines here.

I went in here today to get some computer paper. I found what I was looking for (cheap) at the listed price of $ 3.99 then got in line at the checkout. There were 5 people ahead of me. We all waited 5 minutes while the clerk explained the importance of an extended warranty for the first persons store brand $ 39 labeling device. He then proceeded to try to up-​sell everyone in the line with descriptions of the various promotions Staples has to offer. When I finally got to pay for my paper, I learned that the price was actually $ 6.99 but I could get $ 3 back by applying for a rebate. After 15 minutes online attempting to follow their rebate procedure I gave up. Do these folks have any respect for their customers at all. Hope I have better luck at Office Depot.

Went here in quest of a Pixma760 inker for my friend. not that far away and located in the giant Largo Mall. The LP was smoking outside with an employee. nice dude, shouldn’t you be inside watching for theft?
Oh wait! As soon as I came in, he was right next to me for seven minutes
and then he went over and hung out at the return counter. Realll undercover there, partner.
My compliments to the woman who had the 40’s hair style going on. I wanted to put on some Benny Goodman and swing dance with her!
Found what I thought was the right inker, got signed up for their discount card, was asked if I wanted to donate (through my credit card purchase) to the Boy Scouts/​Girl Scouts and asked if I wanted to buy some pens at the counter. Of course, it was all from this woman who I just described but I politely refused.
A strange place as I saw the elder in front of me using an office chair to wheel himself up to the register. which he then left behind.
You guys don’t have a smart cart or a wheelchair for the elderly?
And the place was pretty empty, now that it’s after ‘back to school’ …
How about some 40’s swing dance music or employees on roller skates? Let’s get tha party rollin’!!
