I love this walgreens. I wouldn’t shop at any other. They have a very friendly, caring staff. Always had what im looking for and more

There’s not much you can say about Walgreens. What is most distinctive about this location is the apparent lack of attention paid to its layout when the store recently was constructed. At the front is a long and wide expanse of space used for nothing, not even temporary floor displays. .. almost criminal in a retail operation. It just sits there, vacant, obvious in its lack of purpose. You could roll bowling balls through it and not hit a thing (especially customers, which oddly are lacking here no matter when I visit). All the aisles in the first section are devoted to merchandise like cosmetics, cleaning products, food items, beverages, paper products, household goods, candy (and more candy) and the like, stock that drug stores never carried when I was a kid. Toiletries, sundries, and OTC medications are located in the next area, but not in a particularly sensible order (shouldn’t bandages be adjacent to first aid ointments?). The emptiness of the place is eerie. .. hardly any other shoppers, nor staff, save for a lone bored cashier, snapping gum while gazing at the pictures in the National Enquirer at the register near the door. I fantasize that there are times when, having no one to serve, she sheds her ennui by waltzing across that vast empty space while beautiful music plays in her mind.
