Best organic coffee in Santa Rosa and Sonoma County. They use local Straus organic milk and roast their own exotic beans. Best of all they play the Beach Boys. Don’t worry, Baby. Heart this place.

Almost went to an established place nearby, but thought to check Unilocal for a new bean adventure. As soon as I walked into Blue Beagle the smell of roasting beans bode well. The cappuccino was spot on. This was not your splash of so-so espresso in a 12 oz cup of milk, like you get at the corporate establishments catering to middle America. It was properly balanced with rich, flavorful espresso. Staff were friendly and upbeat making this entirely a first class experience.

Great Lattes! Great, friendly service! Great Comfy seating in and out doors! Dogs welcome! I always look forward to coming here for meetings, to study or relax. The customer service is great and the owner, approachable! Looking forward to our tea and yoga tasting possibility at the Blue Beagle soon. I’ll be sure to keep Unilocal posted!

Love Love love my almond latte here! They always make it just right! Cute décor & I love that big beagle painting hanging on the wall. I also bought a reusable tumbler«Keep Cup» from there and you get a little discount when you use it again!

I really liked the atmosphere of this place. I have to say the banana chocolate chip loaf we had was really good, but the coffee wasn’t. It took a really long time, I do understand it takes time to make a mocha, but almost 20 minutes was a bit over the top. The espresso had a truly bitter and bad taste. Based on this trip I wouldn’t go back, but I’ll give them another try.

If the name of this place was«Blue Beagle Pie», I’d give them 5 stars because they have pie that is crazy good! The pie will make you wake up at night with the memory of the crust… the hint of almond and honest filling like my mom use to pack into the pie… not that tasteless runny stuff one gets elsewhere. You will lay in bed thinking about that pie and wonder if you will ever get a piece of pie that is that good. The name is «Blue Beagle Coffee» though, and I have this thing with people who put words in the name of their establishment. If it’s «coffee», it has to be damn good — otherwise I’m not happy. Blue Beagle Coffee is good, but not«damn good» because it’s too weak for me. Maybe one or two scoops short of a full body brew. Sofie was a put out because she expected something with some kick. She didn’t have the pie. I gave her a taste of my pie. Then she felt worse because she ordered a scone. My pie was leagues beyond that scone in flavor and enjoyment. My pie made her coffee taste worse. I might go back to Blue Beagle Coffee for another piece of pie… and I just might try another coffee but I think I’ll do it when Sofie’s not around.

Good coffee and a nice atmosphere. The yogurt mandarine cake was delicious! We also had bagels with creamcheese. They were good but nothing special.

Blue Beagle Coffee is one of my favorite coffee shops in Santa Rosa. Food is baked fresh every morning, love their breads, and my go to chai. What I like most about Beagle is that a particular barista remembered mine and my wife’s names, and drinks after the first time we went. That is something I really appreciate.

The coffee here is fantastic! They roast it right there and know what they’re doing! The ambiance is friendly and a perfect local hangout. I’m enjoying an iced latte right now! Mmmmmm

Great little independent coffee shop! Way better than the corporate Starbucks across the street. Only drawback is having to get the key for the restroom and walking around the back of the shopping center down a hallway-but it’s clean. The Larkfield and Windsor areas really need better coffee shops than the zillion Starbucks around. Café Noto’s down on the Windsor town green or Flying Goat up in Healdsburg or Acre in Montgomery Village are, in my opinion, the only decent places around to get a good coffee. Peets is ok too up on Mendocino.

This establishment has excellent coffee and an always friendly staff. I would rate this 5 stars, but the fact that they use an iPad for a cash register that after they ring you up, they turn around and have you fill in a tip amount is quite rude and assuming. when is the last time you went into a coffee shop and the barista said«Would you like to give me a tip?» Or even worse«Are you going to a tip» That is exactly the feeling I get when this process is used.

My office has a monthly offsite meeting and Blue Beagle has become our go to place. The people are always very friendly which is much appreciated. The quiche is also quite tasty and the coffee is wonderful as well.

Excellent coffee brewed in house. Very cordial baristas. Great to have an alternative to the typical Starbucks. The seasonal Pumpkin Latte is delish. They close at 2pm, which I’m sure makes sense for the business. But I selfishly would like them to stay open just a tad bit later to provide me with my afternoon fix. Love this place!
