Let me preface this review by saying that I LOVE Subway(minus creepy Jared) and eat their food often. That being said this is the WORST Subway I’ve ever been to. I live in the neighborhood and this is my local subway. It should be said that the food is always good and it is always spotlessly clean. However, each and every time I get a sub here — the price changes and I am charged incorrectly. When you try to talk to management on duty — they tell you that the promotion is over or your Sandwhich isn’t on the menu. The staff here needs some serious training and needs to listen to the customers. There is no reason for which my 6 inch turkey from the simple $ 6 menu should be $ 8 or if I get a 6 inch salami and ham(without ham — no extra meat) which is usually $ 4.50 — they charge $ 7 because it is salami only. Which is infuriating because if with a salami only Sandwhich you get more than 3 slices of salami. I’ve had it with this subway. I’m going to a different subway or next door to Molesberry Market where a huge Sandwhich is always $ 6. Buyer beware at this location. You will be over charged.

They refused to serve me when I had a service dog with me(she is fully certified, vest, tags, everything) and I had to leave her tied outside to be able to get a freaking sandwich! Illegal much? You cant deny someone with a service dog.

I don’t know why this subway got so bad reviews. Come on guys, it’s a subway franchise. They are gonna have subway food. It is one of the better run subways I have seen. All toppings was fresh and the lady in the counter was friendly! Quick service. What more do you expect? I’ll give it a Yum!

This place could deserve a 5 Star Review, but it can be hit-and-miss. The two women who regularly work there during M-F during the day can make a pretty great sandwich – worthy of 5 Star – but the male manager can be hot and cold when he is there and ruin it all. When he is in a mood he will put on your sandwich whatever he wants without asking you. He just can’t be troubled to ask you and deal with what you want on your sandwich. He’ll stick whatever cheese he wants on it, or he’ll race through the veggies like he knows what you want like he remembers you from some other time. It is never correct and it’s really strange. He can make a decent sandwich and be very friendly one time and the next time act like you aren’t even there, dismiss you and put on what he wants. Now, when I see him working(apparently he floats to another store) I just go get a sandwich from the Molsberry Market Deli next door — who actually have great sandwiches too — and a great deli staff.

Unfortunately, only one person working and 7 people in line at 12 pm. Seems unfair to to the one employee also.

This is a pretty bad place to get a sandwich. The care that goes into the food seems to be based on time rather than quality. Not particularly worth giving a low rating over, but my last sandwich had a big slice of parchment paper in it that I didn’t discover until I bit in and pulled half my sandwich onto the floor. They like to squish the bread so that it’s flat and dense, not fluffy. On my most recent visit, I noticed some of the tins were nearly empty, just some tidbits marinating in discolored water. I’ve been here about 3 times and I’m sure I won’t come back unless company or friends insist on going.
