Bloomers of Larkspur

Julie, the owner, has an incredible touch when it comes to flower arrangements. She uses high quality fresh flowers in her bouquets that will last sometimes for up two weeks. I love her little shop in downtown Larkspur. When you step inside you know it’s a special place. Julie is great… her staff too. She does a lot of arrangements for offices and restaurants in Marin and many times when I ask the receptionist or hostess who did the beautiful flowers… many times they say Bloomers in Larkspur. Julie and her staff take pride in their work… and it shows.

Julie did the flowers for our June 2015 wedding. She worked with us to make sure we could get the types of flowers we wanted and stay within our budget.
But though the arrangements were designed as promised, and delivered even earlier than expected, there were significant problems with the quality of the flowers. We ordered loose flowers for creating our own centerpieces, and about ¼ of them arrived wilted and discolored, and we couldn’t use any of them. It was a similar situation with the bouquets — about ¼ of the flowers were completely wilted by the end of the wedding ceremony, especially in the bridal bouquet. In addition, most of the boutonnieres were wilted and bedraggled by the end of the ceremony. (Not only was it not a particularly hot day, but we kept everything in water as much as possible before the ceremony, and almost always in the shade.)
I emailed Julie with these concerns and included the photos I posted here. She offered me a full refund — and while there’s nothing that can be done about the wilted flowers in all our photos, that’s very fair customer service. She said that the problem was with the supplier, and she would be contacting them.

Mark is doing the flowers for our wedding next weekend and I can’t wait to see how it comes together (will definitely update after). We completely trust their work and feel confident that it’s going to come together nicely! I just wanted to leave a review for the exceptional service that we’ve received so far from Bloomers. We got good vibes from our very first meeting a couple of months ago. It was really important that we connected well with the people we hire for our wedding. We met with Mark twice throughout this whole process and he was responsive, friendly, and flexible. Thank you so much for the positive experience.

I had a fantastic event yesterday and it was absolutely beautiful because of Mark and his capable team at Bloomers. They are true artists and exceptionally talented people. I use Bloomers for all of my corporate and fundraising events and they exceed my expectations each and every time. Mark is so creative, and easily interprets my thoughts into reality with his floral creations, adding beauty and depth to all of my events. Great experience! Contacted the owner to ask a few questions via email, he called me back and helped me get my order in. Delivery was on time and bouquet was amazing, she loved it. I would recommend them to anyone!

It is awesome that they can do same day delivery! My best friend got engaged over the weekend and I called Monday morning with only her work address and a vague description of what I wanted. It was super easy to order over the phone and the arragement was absolutely beautiful. She even said they were the most beautiful flowers she had ever recevied!

Ordering flowers long distance (I’m in CT) can be a tricky process. But based on the very positve reviews on Unilocal,I decided to give Bloomers a try. I’m so happy that I did! The flower arrangement was sensational (the recipient sent me a photo) and Mark, the owner, could not have been friendlier or more accommodating. Really — he is SUCH a nice man and so sincere. Should I need flowers from Larkspur and the Marin area again, Bloomers will most definitely be my only choice. Thank you, Mark!

This is our go-​to place for flowers. Even though we haven’t bought flowers in a long time, Bloomers is still top notch. Our most recent purchase was for a friend in the hospital — the owner was so sweet and actually added more flowers to an already beautiful arrangement, with sincere well wishes for our friend (who btw, loved them and it brightened her day!). Also great bang for the buck.

Need some blooms? Call Mark! He gets the job done. I picked up some lovely tuber roses today, even though they are in short supply up here in Marin county. They are hot house grown so there are no brown spots on them and they look perfect and smell oh so good! Thanks Mark! You guys are the best!

This shop is amazing! I ordered a bouquet based on Unilocal reviews, and I couldn’t believe how quickly they delivered it to the hospital!!!
The recipient e-​mailed me a photo of the bouquet, and it was JUST what I wanted: spring and lots of tulips!!! Very pretty!

Called for flowers for my mom post surgery and they were so easy to work with! It is a small shop which means phone orders but this also means personal attention to detail on every order. They are all experts in their field and have a wide array of brightly colored flowers for every occasion.

My husband did his duty and ordered a Valentine’s bouquet. I was expecting the usual half dead dozen roses delivered in a box from UPS.
Boy was I shocked when a delivery guy walked in with the most gorgeous bouquet I have ever seen! Bloomers really came through and made this Valentine’s Day special. Snap dragons, stargazer lilies, purple roses, white hydrangea, pink tulips, and so much more in a beautiful clear vase. Swoon!

Called Mark for a centerpiece for a party I was having for a 50^th birthday for my partner. I needed something special. I spoke with Mark and he said he’d take care of it. The day of the party we picked up the flowers and they were SPECTACULAR!!! It was a fantastic arrangement, vibrant colors, beautiful vase… everything came together perfectly.

tiny little hallway florist in downtown Larkspur. Super cute. Very small, but they have the best quality flowers. The owner is creative and fun with his work. Hand made wreaths, dried flowers and lavender bouquets. Bloomers works with top quality flowers, meaning there are no carnations or an overload of babies breath in arrangements.
The vases are nice. I give it 5 stars!

I was in the doghouse. And I needed some serious help. I called up Bloomers, basically hoping for the best — because I had never heard of them. I spoke to Mark — and again today when I called back to thank him. I told him I needed help. He laughed. But put together the best bouquet that my girlfriend had ever seen. And she’s seen quite a few. I basically told him a few flowers she liked and he did the rest. Bloomer’s saved me!

This is a tiny pocket of a flower shop on the main street in downtown Larkspur. They always have a wonderful French bouquet that they will make up for you. They also have a small but very unique card selection. I love the lavender bouquets that they do in the summer.
