I’ve relied on John’s support many times, both as a psychologist working with young adults in a community mental health setting, and for referrals and resources. He’s an incredibly skilled and genuinely caring advocate, mentor, case manager… a man of many trades. He’s flexible and creative in reaching out to people who are particularly challenging to connect with, and his knowledge of local resources and willingness to explore new services and resources to meet his clients’ needs is a great asset. He’s also reliable and quick to respond whenever I reach out. Thank you, John!

John helped me with my adult son(33) when I was 3,000 miles away. His services are exactly what I needed and reasonably priced. He truly loves what he does and does it good. Very knowledgable. I hope no one else is ever needing to put their child in rehab or a mental health facility but if you do John is your advocate!

John connects with clients, families and other service providers in a unique way that sets a solid foundation for positive change. John’s judgement and insight when working directly with clients or as an advocate in case conference settings is an invaluable resource. I have always enjoyed the opportunity to consult with John,(especially when there are complex issues at hand) and will continue to do so in the future

I love my job as a marriage and family therapist, but sometimes my clients need more from me than I am able to provide. Before I knew John Whitty, I would try to manage their extra needs on my own, but was close to burning out. Now I can refer my clients to him and he helps them navigate the intimidating social services system and acts as an advocate on their behalf. His many years of experience, along with his sense of humor and wide-ranging knowledge of local resources, make him invaluable. He is always full of ideas and extremely helpful. Thank you for filling a much-needed niche, John!
