I had a scan here today and as much as MRIs in general are not fun, I thought the technician was lovely, very professional, and quite concerned about how I was doing.

The office staff are totally indifferent and could care less that you are there as a patient rather than a customer irritant. The technician should be more aware of someone’s anxiety about having a MRI. There was never a hint of humor, caring or help in making me feel comfortable. She just wanted me in and out as soon as possible. I totally agree with the other reviewer.

Not quite sure about the staff working this medical group. Very inexperienced and not helpful at all. My tests results never reached my doctor and I had to repeatedly call to find out what was wrong. Then they got my insurance messed up. Go somewhere else… namely somewhere in the city, not Marin.
