After about 3 years of driving by everyday to and from home /work. I decided to give this place a try. I stopped by today for lunch, around 12:15. The parking lot was pretty full but I was able to park behind the deli … Upon entering the establishment, I was greeted by multiple employees across the restaurant which made me feel welcomed The first thing I noticed was the cleanliness. Even though they had a full house I had seen a few guys coming in and out taking back plates and wiping down tables. Once I arrived at the counter the girl who took my order was very knowledgeable of the menu. She explained all the options imaginable. Many choices later I decided to go with a Smokey Jack panini To-go. I decide to have a seat while I waited for my order. I noticed a sign toward the back of the restaurant that stated FREEICECREAM. and saw many customers helping themselves. I also noticed there were a lot of groups. So I’m guessing this is a great place for families or group gatherings. Also they have a salad bar with a wide variety of pastas, dressings, etc… After about 5 min. Maybe less I received my order. In the bag came a pickle, chips, plenty of napkins and a complimentary mint. Long story short my panini was amazing. The roasted turkey was so juicy, it was as if it had just been sliced right off a freshly roasted turkey. The guacamole was a delicious bright green, Roma tomatoes were nice and firm, but juicy… They have excellent service .! I would definitely recommend this place. And I will be coming back to try other options .!

I have to disagree with the negative reviews of this place. first the place is super clean! and that is very important. second the customer service and management team are top notch. lastly the food was amazing, flavor and price wise you cant go wrong, its hard enough finding anything vegan friendly and great tasting. my brother got a half muffalini and i tasted it as well. soooo good. thanks for the great food and great customer service, keep up the good work.

I live out of the area, but my daughter is in Las Cruces. She was sick and I didn’t like the idea of her having just canned soup. So I had Jason’s deliver her some chicken noodle soup and pasta. She enjoyed all of it. A big thanks to the staff who helped out!

Not impressed. I got a coupon for my birthday to get 5.00 off and so I thought I’d use it. I tried to place an order online which was unfortunate because it was very complicated. The information posted on the website was not updated or valid. They don’t post all the information or items in each meal option. I placed an order and got to the checkout section. I couldn’t put the coupon in so I called the store. They advised me to put I had a coupon in the directions and the delivery driver would reduce price. Delivery showed up 30 mins early which was ok but I selected a delivery time of later for a reason. Driver didn’t take coupon off and made me pay full price. He then told me drivers don’t carry change so I had to tip him 15.00. I called the store again and they sent another driver back with the coupon refund of 5.00. I later had to throw away two items due to allergens in the items that were not listed on the menu. Good luck with this place. 11/16/2015 Giving them another try. Let’s see Online ordering is still a nightmare and I almost abandoned it since I don’t want to sign in each time. A few minutes after ordering I got a phone call to validate my order.

OK. I have given Jason’s 3 tries now. It is assembly line food. First time, I had a Reuben. Warm, not hot. Kind of tasteless. Second time was the deli club. Believe it or not, there was far too much ham and turkey. It was like someone grabbed a fistful of turkey and plopped it in the center of the not-good toasted whole wheat bread, then put on another slice of toast, then plopped on a handful of ham. The bacon was an afterthought. Add a microscopic bit of lettuce, then wave the dressing over the top. Chips were good, Ruffles, I think. Yesterday, salad bar. Meh. Choice of mixed greens, iceberg lettuce and spinach. Good selection of add ons, but not much flavor to any of them. They had some red pepper hummus that honestly had NO flavor. Right out of a can, I suspect. AND, salad bar and drink was $ 10. Too much for what you get. I won’t be back

Been in town 5 months now and finally got in here. Just so you know I love my sandwiches. Any who… Been in twice now and I can’t find a single thing to complain about. My sandwiches where great, service was great, presentation of location and food was great. My first time in my order taker seen on my face it was my first time and told me how it all worked. Awesome. Okay, now to beat on the dumb reviews. Top tip… Don’t expect your mom’s cooking if she don’t work here. And don’t expect the healthy version to have all the flavor of the leaded version. I’m surprised somebody hasn’t complained about the toasted bread they ordered on their sandwich cutting their mouth. If you get artsy fartsy bread toasted, it gonna cut the roof of your mouth. Okay, in all honesty, I’ve read that on here somewhere. And by all means totally base your review of the EnTiRe business on one sandwich. Dingus’s. This place has a wealthy menu. Try something different? Wait, I got a complaint, I prefer Lay’s chips to Ruffles when they come free with my sandwich. That’s it, the place Sucks, never mind! And because funny doesn’t come across to everybody, that last part about sucks, isn’t true. For some ungodly reason, Ruffles always come with sandwiches when included. It’s a mystery I know, but it’s true. But they are fried potato so I will gladly eat them.

This is my place, no joke. I love Jason’s Deli. There’s something about a cheap sandwich /salad with free dessert that gets me every time. :-) It’s affordable, quick and I never leave hungry. I’ve had almost every sandwich on the menu and I have my favorites while some aren’t the best. Although this is a chain place, the manager goes above and beyond to make sure customers are greeted and enjoy their experience.

Re: Delivery Review We just moved to ‘Cruces’ and were without a car for the first 3-days. We knew of Jason’s from our visit here house-hunting and relied HEAVILY on them for one meal a day for 4-days(ordered food for the nice guys who delivered all our goods on the 4th day). Each time I called I received whomever answered the phones full attention. They didn’t make me feel rushed or talk to someone else while working with me. They answered questions and made suggestions based on our dietary needs and cravings and never rushed me. Delivery was prompt and always by someone friendly with a big smile welcoming us to the area! Moving from another state is stressful and a nice meal delivered by someone friendly helped to ease the pain. As for the food, the Penne/Meatball was good(and a large serving) as was the Chicken Alfredo. Beefeater is HUGE and made for 2 meals. I had the tuna on herb focaccia which was good but the Tuna could do with a little less mayo(hint-hint) ;) The Salmon-wich arrived still HOT and was yummy! Had the Muffaletta without Ham and OMG! SOGOOD! The Tomato/Basil soup was tasty and also delivered still hot! Impressive! I have to give Jason’s 5-stars because they earned it! Thank you to Ryan, Anthony and the sweetheart who took our first order whose name I don’t recall(sorry!)!

Jason´s Deli is a comfortable place but the food is just OK. I was looking forward to eat a Ruben sandwich. I ordered a half one, as recommended by the staff at the register, and had the salad bar option. The Ruben sandwich was giant, despite having only a half. Chips on the side and a great choice at the bar. However, the sandwich was just ok. It did not taste the way a Ruben should be tasting. It is clean and people are friendly but I can give it only three stars because the prices do not justify the quality of the food.

It is clean — but the sandwiches aren’t that great. Had the Reuben — the ‘lighter’ version — the goal here seems to be to create a giant sandwich — hugh wad of sour kraut, good bit of meat, could barely taste the swiss cheese or thousand island — a Reuben is about the right ratio of ingredient & it should be grilled — this was so lightly heated the swiss wasn’t even melted. :( My friend had the Cuban — it didn’t look like a Cuban and the meat was more like turkey than pork and ham. Maybe it was turkey. :/ There are much better places to eat. This place seems to be for those who lack taste buds and just want a hunk of food w/free mediocre ice cream. It’s about $ 10 a person to eat in. The ice tea was good & staff was friendly.

I enjoy the food and the salad bar is great. However I’ll never do delivery here again. Minimum $ 15 order plus a $ 4 delivery fee. Plus tip. That’s outrageous prices for a sandwich.

Still like it here and have eaten here many times. Food seems to lack consistency. Sometimes better than others. Sometimes my baked potato is heaped with broccoli. Sometimes none at all just the soup and cheese. My friend ordered a wrap that she had had before and it wasn’t as good. I have gone twice where many of the fountain drinks were out of order. That was annoying. Biggest drawback the parking lot is so tiny and hard to maneuver.

Been here twice! First time, had the Sgt. Pepper; the most recent visit had a Full Muffaletta, split between two people. Both times were great! Loaded with meat, and cheese. Never had a Muffaletta before, but tried it for the first time here, and CANNOT wait to get it again. Of course, the Free Soft Serve ice cream is a great treat, too!

The Reuben is really good. Huge portions! The salmon sandwich is also pretty tasty. And hey, free ice cream. Can’t beat that!

After a friend’s recommendation, we decided to eat lunch at Jason’s today. My wife had a chicken panini and I had the Sergeant Pepper(Roast beef, onions, peppers and provolone) with au jus. The sandwiches had plenty of meat and were delicious. All meals come with soft freeze cone for dessert. Since I have always enjoyed a muffaletta in the past, I will be back again to try their version.

Was pretty tasty! My niece and nephew each got a kids salad bar… can’t beat the price! $ 2.99!!! Free soft serve ice cream… definitely a bonus! The staff was friendly and courteous.

Nothing special, my sandwich fell apart. The French onion soup was good but holy salty. The salad bar looks great but that’s about it. The atmosphere reminded me of a cafeteria & the food runners had a hard time finding the table numbers, maybe get those stands so they can be seen. Will try once more & see how it goes!

Great place if you are sick of Mexican food. Don’t get me wrong it is a franchise deli and some of the stuff is made elsewhere and brought in. Me and my girlfriend went on opening day. A little later in the afternoon. Well being opening day and very busy our expectations weren’t really high. She wanted the salmon sandwich but they were out, so she got the penne with meatballs. But they were out of Bow tie pasta instead. She thought that the meatballs were very moist and good. I got the New York Yankee. It was a hefty portion of meat and I was satisfied. The only thing I don’t get I with most sandwiches come with chips. The second time we went she got her salmon sandwich and she thought it was delicious. She got a cup of brocoli and cheese soup and thought it was good. I got Reuben the great it was very good. I also got the side salad. Very fresh and good selection of choices. We did receive a gift card from the manager for the first time. He was very understanding and apologetic. The whole place was inviting and open. Cool pictures of las cruces and surrounding areas. You should definitely check this place. You won’t be disappointed.

Jason’s deli opened on December 3, 2012. We were excited to have a new place to eat in Las Cruces. We tried it several days after it opened in anticipation that the restaurant would be ready to go. We were extremely disappointed with the set up, service and, most importantly, the food. The employees were disorganized and the restaurant was clearly not ready to open. The service was very poor, the employees were disorganized. The ice cream machine was broken and out of service and they had just opened. The Mediterranean wrap that I ordered was served with a cold tortilla and the seeds were still in some of the olives! I almost cracked my tooth. The turkey was thick and extremely salty. I would never recommend this restaurant. Do yourself a favor and go to another deli or buy your own meats and bread and make a better sandwich at home.
