Staybridge Suites Las Cruces

We think this is one of the best Staybridge Suites. Our room was on the third floor and near our rooms there was a Flavia coffee/​tea machine, massage chair and break out room. Great place when we needed to kick the kids our to watch cartoons. The outdoor pool is very nice and there’s a cinema, Big K, pizza restaurant at walking distance. Walmart is just up the road. Easy access to 25 if you’re going to Spaceport America, Hatch or Soccorro and the Very Large Array. Quick trip to college and White Sands National Monument.

Pretty good hotel. Free hot breakfast is nice, but much of the breakfast is sort of gross, I don’t recommend anything with cheese. Room is spacious and the 24 hour gym and laundry facilities are great.

The front desk staff was very friendly upon check in. Their drink station in the lobby is well stocked and available for free at all times which is nice. We reserved a queen and 2 double 2 room suite. Non-​smoking and we received a King with 2 doubles, smoking — pet room. The smell has been close to unbearable, we notified the front desk and they immediately sent someone up to change the air filter in the AC and give us a bottle of Fabreeze. Kind of a bandaid fix if you ask me especially since I thought I saw on the homepage of their site that this is a 100% smoke free hotel. I’m laying in bed in the room right now trying to sleep with the smoke/​pet smell without much luck, if it weren’t for my two young girls sleeping in the other room I would demand a new room. If it weren’t for the smell I would have rated the hotel a 3.5 to 4 star as the inside of the suites are a bit dated and the hallways are dark and dingy.

Visiting family so stayed two nights in a 4^th floor 2-​bed/​2-​bath suite. Plenty of space for 3 adults and one child. Free breakfast (incl. make your own waffles) in the lobby every morning was very much appreciated.
Staff was accommodating and polite. There was a small problem with one of the toilets flushing very slowly and it was addressed immediately by housekeeping.
Hotel was close to shopping and restaurants. If we are ever in Las Cruces again, we would be happy to stay again.

Very nice, large extended stay hotel! Our room was a suite with a kitchenette and small sitting area. All were very clean. The kitchenette was fully stocked with appliances, dishes, glasses, pots and pans. The freezer ice maker was turned off, and we needed ice. The desk clerk kindly filled our ice bin from the kitchen. My husband said HD TV was a real plus. We also appreciated the fact the price was better than Holiday Inn Express. Only drawback-​breakfast at 7:30.

Needed a one night stay between Texas and California. Very clean and neat. Breakfast was good — the usual oatmeal, cereals, danish, eggs, sausage and biscuits and gravy. Would definately stay here again.

Comfortable beds. Nice breakfast. Very nice staff. However, please get rid of the dated bed spreads! Do we not watch «Hotel Impossible»? Bed spreads are gross and should be discarded and replaced with updated bedding. Towels in shower were a bit rough and pretty worn out. Furniture is dated, but I understand the replacement cost is prohibitive. All said, I will plan on staying again for the overall comfort.

This is our favorite place to stay when visiting family in Las Cruces. Staff is always very attentive and friendly. The rooms are clean and very nicely decorated. We love the free breakfast buffet.

Fabulous, fabulous, fabulous hotel. After our disgusting stay over at Days Inn on our way TO Texas, I wasn’t going to be caught in the same predicament. I reserved our room for our RETURN stop at Staybridge. Boy was that a GREAT! idea. The staff was very friendly, helpful and speedy. The gal zipped me through check-​in and we were unpacking and hauling our dog and belongings in for the night. We stayed on the 4^th floor and our room overlooked the city and hills. Great location for filling up the gas tank, and our bellies with there being a convenience mart in the lobby or you could order pizza for delivery from the place next door or for sit down dining there was a restaurant within walking distance. Great convenience. Our room was fully stocked with a full kitchen to boot. The linens were fresh, and everything was thankfully clean! The a/​c was fantastic and stayed on all night making it very comfortable. The mini suite included a pull out sofa and had a good sized bed. Our dog was comfortable and so were we. The food buffet in the am was stocked with delicious freshly made food that included omlets, pastries, cereals, and more. I have no complaints and we will be staying here again when we return to Texas for the winter holidays. So very pleased with this hotel, from the amenities, staff and cleanliness to the very affordable price. I would recommend this hotel for sure whether you are staying only a night like we did, or if you stay for an extended holiday.
