I have only been to this salon twice before & had a good experience, This morning an extremely rude woman(she was the only stylist there) cut my hair. When I asked for advice on how much she thought I should have cut off; she said I don’t know you ! I guess my thinking that a stylist could give some hair cut advice was wrong !! I don’t know if I was treated this way because I am in my 60’s but she probably treats everyone this way. My haircut lasted 10 min. & she said she was done. When I commented on it being winter & would like my hair blown dry, she said that’s extra ! I will never go back there & I advise others to do the same.

This place is horrible. So slow in the most simple of cuts. It’s annoying when you show up and it takes for ever to even be greeted. I called in early and they didn’t even write down my name. This is the type of pace yourself u go when you have absolutely nothing better to do and are willing to spend an hour waiting for the stylists to talk to their boyfriends.

My fiancé went in for a haircut this morning and said the service he received was horrible. The stylist(Vanessa) took 20 minutes to do a simple fade and when he expressed to her that he didn’t think it looked right she rudely told him«well you should’ve asked for a different haircut». So we probably won’t be going back to this location. Very disappointing.

I usually am a fan of Supercuts, their quick, their usually nice, but today, specifically — I wasn’t going to deal with their sh*t. I walked in, and there appears to be two workers, one holding down the front desk in case someone attempts to steal it and another in the back appearing to contemplate the awesomeness of cutters and inspecting how they work. I have never seen these two worker before, and I usually come here for a hair cut, so I was a bit lost on where the normal crew was. As I go up to talk to the front counter I was informed about the 30 minute wait before«they» get to me — «I’m the only one here» I thought — as a sipped away at my delicious Java Monster — «Ok» I said, «I don’t really have a choice» I added. I turn around to take a seat, the woman adds — «I can’t have you in here drinking» — I stopped mid seating position — she concludes — «you’re going to have to leave with that drink» … again, maybe it was the way she said it, maybe I’m on my rag, but I was not about to take sh*t from Supercuts — of all places — I felt so childish, especially since I quickly looked for a sign. instead I said, «Fine, you just lost a customer» — «not my rule» she replied. I understand no beverage rules, but there are better ways of saying«no drinks allowed» — I felt scalded, and with her smile while she said«you’re going to have to leave» I felt belittled and insignificant. I’ll probably re-rate this place when I return to a typical crew, for right now — THIS location gets 1 star. Recommendation: If you see a 50-something year old Latin female with short black hair holding down the front counter — go to another location. Supercuts also has discounts for students, so dont forget an ID when you go — ask before you pay.
