I absolutely love this little place. While this is not a fancy expensive Spa, the services are cheap and great! The staff is so friendly that I get a hug every time I go. I live in the Far East Side of El Paso and drive the hour to get my manicures and pedicures. This is about every 3 week. I love the staff here!

If I could give this place a zero I would! I went in to ask for a simple French manicure. The attendee (owner) was somewhat in a hurry not allowing the polish to be dried before adding the next coat. As a result (during the drying process) the white tip color started spreading into the middle of the finger, I mentioned it to the woman doing my nails. She became upset and removed the polish from the middle of my nail leaving the white tip, rather than correcting the whole nail she saturated the polish in the middle of the nail and it spread everywhere and created a mess. Because I was going to a wedding I told her to remove the polish. I was still required to pay full price. During the entire process in front of others, I was made to feel as though it was my fault. As a paying customer, we spend a lot to get good service and then to be treated like a nuisance is wrong. STAY AWAY! I would not wish how I was treated and forced to pay on anyone!

Not a fancy spa, but if you want excellent service at a reasonable price in a friendly, family-​operated neighborhood business this is the place.

I took two of my daughters and myself for a much needed pedicure and the girls got a fill and a full set… the staff was friendly and kind, very helpful and the chairs for the pedicure were divine… Kim took care of me and sadly I did not get the gentlemen’s names, but they were awesome… we were just here for a few days. visiting and took a chance they would be great and they were… I will come back when I visit again… we are from California… so it might be a while, but they were so very nice and professional. Thanks…

I got waxing done here and was burned! Don’t come here for waxing. I don’t know anything about their nail services.
