The salesman Aaron was awesome. He wasnt a pushy salesman at all. He gave me a great deal with 2 free pillows too. I had all the furniture delivered, Aaron was on top of his game by communicating with me regarding delivery times. The guys that delivered were super professional. Thanks again!

A year after buying my mattress, we noticed some collapse in the middle of the mattress. I stopped by and they scheduled a pick up for repair, with no problem.
Next day, they arrived at my house — picked up the mattress, fixed and delivered it back to my house same day. This is the benefit of doing business with a local company.
Service was top notch, fast and friendly — highly recommended!

The owner helped me find exactly what I wanted. I got a great price and FREE delivery! Love this store!

This business is operating without a business license!
My boyfriend and I went in looking for a dining room table the owner was very helpful at first. We didn’t see anything in the store that we liked so he helped us order one. That’s when things started to get weird. We were told if we pay cash we wouldn’t have to pay sales tax. The owner told us that the set would be delivered on Thursday (in 3 days). We waited until about 2pm on Thursday no table. Finally we got a call saying it was back ordered and we would have to wait 2 more weeks. We were given a delivery date that came and went, we had to call the store multiple times that day to get any kind of answers. We were then given another delivery date. A month later it finally showed up and it was the wrong table. Long story kind of short, we are stuck with the wrong table. The owner who was so nice at first became an angry, rude and extremely belligerent. All we were asking for was either the correct table and chairs that we ordered or our money back. We got neither. After doing a little research I came to find out that they are operating without a business license. In fact their license was revoked in 2013. They have been reported to the Secretary of State, the NV tax board and the Better Business Bureau.

These guys are great if you don’t want to get what you pay for. They can’t seem to make a delivery on time. They won’t tell you that they aren’t going to make the set delivery date and when they finally make the delivery (2 weeks late) they’ll bring the wrong thing and try to convince you that it’s right. I ordered a black table and they brought a brown one. Then they’ll tell you a bullshit story about that brown being the «manufacturers» black. They will honest to god look you in the face and tell you that brown is black. Even though the chairs right next to it are black. Anyone can see the difference. Also when you ask about the missed delivery date the owner gets really mad and starts yelling and cussing. Good news is if you pay cash you don’t pay sales tax. Is that legal? I don’t know but it’s been reported. Have fun with the tax man. Don’t waste your time or money on this dismal failure of a business. Hey I just found out their business license was revoked in 2013. Another priceless piece of info.

I stopped over to see what
had in their store. Once I got there I knew it would be a great place for my daughter to buy furniture for her new place, since she was on a tight budget. Aaron (owner) was very nice, friendly and a good listener. The showroom is not that big but Aaron has every catalog in the store and knows what catalog to open based what you want. My daughter purchased a sofa and futon that was in the showroom and the rest of her items for her place were purchased from the what was in catalog. Yesterday everything was delivered and assembled and I couldn’t be more pleased. The bedroom set and dining table that came from catalog exceeded my expectations. Everything was beautiful and well made. I highly recommend this furniture store! It really is A Lot More 4 Less.

We’re busy getting new furnishings for our new start at our new place, and after looking at all the big boys (RC Willey, Walker, Ashley, etc.) we went in to this place. I can’t recommend
Mattress & Furniture highly enough! They have a limited selection on the store floor (still a lot of stuff, though — our new couch was waiting for us right by the front door!), but don’t let that deter you — they have access to an almost limitless catalog of furniture for every area of your home, and most importantly, they’re honest and really good at what they do.
Scott helped us find the perfect sectional and even a «cuddle chair» for our new nook (and it swivels! woo hoo!) and took the time to look at pics of our long, narrow living room to help us choose the right pieces and configuration for the space. Kind of like having free interior design service while you’re buying. No pressure-​filled sales tactics, no BS about the quality of the goods (we talked about our dog and he helped us find a couch with fabric that washes up easily but still feels great), and no exorbitant charges for delivering and setting up whatever you buy.
Why buy from «the big guys» and pay those ridiculous prices (Dear Ashley Furniture — claiming a totally uncomfortable couch was originally $ 4000 just so you can can put it «on sale» for $ 2000 — is not cool. We’re on to you!) when you can get personal attention and great quality here? We found something unique, beautiful, and built to last, and didn’t have to sell a kidney to make it happen.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! When I entered the store, I was extremely stressed! I had to move from Dallas to Las Vegas in a week. I went to two local furniture stores in the area, and the prices were over my strict budget. Scott worked with me, so I could get good quality furniture and not exceed my budget. Two days after I purchased my furniture, I realized that the accent chair didn’t match my color scheme. I was able to change my order. Scott was extremely helpful and trustworthy. I don’t have any complaints about this store. I will definitely purchase more items in the future.

Scott Hammons is an awesome guy. He is so helpful. You can get whatever you want from this store, if you don’t see it in the showroom, he will find it for you. He has like a magic ball or magic wand.

Great selection of furniture. The owner and Scott have been extremely helpful and patient! I immediately fell in love with a sectional and bed. They are great about giving suggestions and showing tons of options. They’ll order just about anything you need if they can find it in their endless inventory.
The process was quick and efficient. Waiting for my delivery September 2^nd and will update review!!! I’m definitely looking forward to filling my new place and giving them more business. Oh! They were also great about corresponding quickly and answering any questions I had in between visits. Very professional!
