Great service and the product always comes out right. They cost more than most places but I don’t mind paying the price because: 1) They are not a chain 2) They do on site dry cleaning 3) The employees are ALWAYS friendly and go the extra mile. Randy always has some hilarious side quip up his sleeve. Keeps me on my toes. Haha!

P. S.- A previous review said they ship out alterations. This is false. Edwin (the tailor this establishment refers you to who is located directly to the left of their building) does on site tailoring. He accepts cash only and does one heck of a job. Basic pant hem is $ 12!

A last minute invite to a Gala left me in a panic to find a dress. I found the perfect dress, a gorgeous 400 $ gown, for only 100 $. The catch was that it was 6:30 p.m., the night before the event, & the dress desperately needed to be cleaned. So I got up the next morning, took my kids to school, & raced to All Star. It was 9:20 a.m. and same day service needs to be dropped off before 9. I explained the situation & how frustrated & desperate I felt. They took the dress for same day service, explained that there would be risk bc it was delicate & there was no way to dry clean it on time, & they’d have to hand wash it. They promised me they’d do their best & keep me informed. They called about an hour later to let me know the dress was clean, perfect, & drying. They called again later to let me know when it was dry. & when I picked it up they were super kind. The Gala was amazing. The dress was perfect & I felt like Cinderella. Thank you All Star!

They do a beautiful job. They are just so expensive I don’t see how I can go back. I guess I don’t have nice enough clothing to pay $ 3.80 per shirt.

This review is based solely on the customer service here. When I walked in the first time two employees were sitting on a couch in the front lobby watching TV. They staggered behind the counter and stared at me. I dropped off a large bag of clothes that needed to be laundered and dry cleaned. It was done very quick, (Dropped off at 4pm on Thursday and was done Friday after 4pm) & the quality was good. When I came to pick the clothes up, they didnt acknowledge me until I got to the counter and said, «Last Name». No Hi! Are you here for pick up or drop off, just «Last Name!» Plus this place is a little pricey in my opinion. I won’t be coming back here.

To start my mama called 3 times this morning and someone would say hello then put the phone down and walk away or something. So I thought maybe they were having trouble with their lines but it happened several times. so we drove down there…
I brought my mama in to have some dresses hemmed, I don’t know why they advertise doing alterations because they DO NOT do them, they send them out. which is ok but the lady has no clue how to measure or even have a measuring tape.
She seemed nice but I’m not there to make friends I’m there for service… I can’t comment on the dry cleaning as I wasn’t there for that so maybe that’s their specialty… but alterations is NOT…

i am way too picky when it comes to my clothes and I’m always paranoid about the care instructions about how to go about properly cleaning them. i started taking my suits and nice tops to this place a while ago and i will never use another dry cleaners ever again. every time i pick up my clothes, i swear they look newer than when i first bought them. i always look sharp at work or when i go out to fancy places thanks to the wonderful things all star dry cleaners have done to and for my clothes. wine spill? no worries! plus, it feels even better to know that they use Eco-​friendly products. that is just all around win. stop using other cleaners, come here!
as a side note from the cleaning, the couple who operate this establishment are bloody brilliant!
