I walked in with a pleated raw silk skirt that I need tailored to be taken in. The owner had me try it on. And started pinning on one side. I pointed out that it had a zipper and that it it must be taken in on both sides for symmetry since it is pleaded. He swapped my hand off the skirt and said he was the tailor.
Poor listening skills and rudeness made me walk out. I drove across the street to All Star Cleaners, Alterations by Edwin. Amazing job! Highly recommend him.

Went to pick up my item today. Sign and website says it closes at 6pm. Showed up at 5:35pm and doors were locked. Called store no one answered. What a poor quality to have for a store. I will not be a returning customer once I receive my items.
Went again on ¹²⁄₁₉ doors are still locked and sign says open and so do the hours! So this place is taking my money and wasting my time.
Finally was able to pick my item (a king comforter). There is now a hole in it that wasn’t there before. They didn’t get the blood (puppy cut his paw) out. How do you justify me paying $ 50 for your service if you can’t show up to work nor do your job. I will not be returning

Over priced for the poor quality dry cleaning they provide. I have taken the same suit in on 3 separate occasions for one small stain that they could never get out yet charged me for every time. I recently took that same suit with that same stain to One Click Cleaners and they took it out with no problems!

I’m not a fan of this side of town… but this older man is the best tailor ever! My ex boyfriend was really polished and he had everything… EVERYTHING tailored and always looked on point and now I get all my clothes tailored here! Plus it’s bonkers affordable!!!

Absolutely the worst. Completely ruined my $ 100 silk shirt and wouldn’t do anything about it except offer to dry clean it again which wouldn’t do anything. It was returned to me ripped in the back and stained on the front. A reputable dry cleaner would pay to replace it but no he only insulted me by saying I bought it in like that and said it was too tight on me and I spilled food on it. No, it’s a silk shirt. Who wears a silk shirt tight? Nobody. This is bullshit. Don’t give them your business. Wouldn’t even refund the $ 5 to clean it.

A great neighborhood dry cleaner/​tailor. I’ve come here for a few years now and they’ve never failed me. Excellent service. A really nice gentleman, and tailor, runs the shop and is always attentive. He’s probably tailored ¾ of my wardrobe.
It appears some, maybe all, services are done in house. All my items come back the way I want, there is no fear of items being damaged or ruined.
Give them a go. They truly care about the product and customer.

Took my clean dress pants here to get altered. The alterations were fine, thats why the two stars, however just make sure you pay for the cleaning of your clean clothes if you want them back clean. They will deny to all ends that it was your own fault. Disappointed after the good reviews.

I always take all of my dry cleaning here. Each time I’ve been here, they are very accommodating and make sure you always get your things back when you need them.
I get pen marks on my clothes pretty often working in an office and they always get the marks out.
We also brought a large homemade quilt in that needed some hefty duty cleaning (and no, I will not tell you why…) They cleaned it so well, it looked brand new.
Lastly, due to my procrastination… I bought in my brides made dress to have altered. I needed in literally in 2 days to give me enough time to make sure it fit. They had to take in all of the sides and had it done the next day for me!
They are awesome and very nice people. Love this place!

Excellent business. I had a pair of pants altered and two suits cleaned. Turn around time was just a day. Pants for absolutely perfect. Won’t go anywhere else.
