Very bad customer service. First of all we checked in America best value inn next to this pizza place. I thought they server free breakfast so I asked the front desk«do you guys server breakfast» she said«yes we do next to this room». Well everyone will assume that it is free so we sat in one lady approach us and ask us to order. Then I thought it’s not free you know and then I asked her«is it free breakfast from hotel?». She said«no nothing is free here«in rude way possible. I asked that America inn hotel front desk lady the breakfast is not free then she said in very rude way not every hotel have breakfast. I told I agree that but you should told have us that it is not free. She started arguing with me. Damn it I got early for this breakfast and for good morning day. But she ruined it and the worst service ever. Someone should take some action against that lady who was working today 02 August 2015 at 9.00am. Do not check in this restaurant or this hotel. Both are worst.

Okay hotel — you get what you pay for. Hotel was clean, which is important to me. However, when making the reservation the website claimed«continental breakfast» which the hotel did not provide. The first day the counter person said, «Well, today is a holiday,» and the next said, «We don’t offer breakfast.» Also minor stuff: wind was loud through door, shower did not work completely, and could hear neighbors very clearly(all minor stuff, though). I might stay here again, if desperate for money, but don’t expect a continental breakfast.

We booked a NON-smoking room on Orbitz and when we checked in we were rudely told that all they had left were smoking rooms. After showing our reservation and explaining, the front desk person told us to take it up with Orbitz because that’s what they gave us, even though the reservation clearly listed non-smoking. Lovely how they blamed it on Orbitz not themselves for overbooking. It’s Vegas, we get it. But these days it is actually possible to stay in a non-smoking room even in that city. Needless to say all our clothes smelled horrible the rest of the trip, despite keeping the suitcase closed start to finish except when taking clothes in or out of it. We even had to keep our nicer clothes in the car to prevent the smell from infiltrating, and had to avoid touching surfaces as much as we could the entire time. The shower didn’t drain properly, the top linens were grimy, and the only saving grace was the surprisingly comfortable bed. When we were leaving the next morning we spotted a huge insect on the wall-thankfully we were out of that disgusting place. The hotel offers a 2 free drink coupon at the bar downstairs. We checked it out but due to the VERY questionable(local) clientele decided to pass. Being rufied on your vacation isn’t worth it. We weren’t expecting much given the area and nightly rate however our standards were low to begin with and we were pretty disappointed.

It is what it is. It’s in the family of Motel 6 and 8. The room appears clean. Carpets need a heavy shampooing, if not replacement. Sheets and towels are clean. I stayed here during the Life Is Beautiful festival. Easy 15 minute walk to Freemont Street. Affordable. It’s noisy though. People talking loudly outside your door at 7am until all hours of the night. Saturday night there was a party going on a couple doors down with music blasting. They didn’t turn it off until about 2:30. You do get a coupon for 2 free beers on tap when you check in. That was cool. People at the desk were nice. The neighborhood is ok. I felt ok walking to downtown by myself during the day. But not something I wanted and felt comfortable doing at night, so I took a cab back. Lots of homeless people camped out on the streets and alley ways. I think I would have felt more comfortable if I were with a couple other people. But given I was by myself, I think next year I’ll shell out the money to stay at a hotel downtown.
