I’ve come by a few times recently for battery/​bulb needs– neither time, did the store have what I needed, which was disappointing. However, both times, the staff were able to tell me exactly what I needed and where else in town to find it, which was helpful.
Store appears to have a large, organized selection of both bulbs and batteries (as the name implies), and I appreciate the helpful nature of the staff. But I found it odd that relatively simple products could not be found at this store on multiple occasions. The fact that I was redirected to try a WalMart was surprising.

Battery on garage remote was dead. Took it out, called them, they had it in stock. When I told them what the battery was for they immediately recognized that there might be more batteries involved and knew which one to suggest. When I got home I found out they were spot in. had an excellent selection of lights. will have to return if I can’t find what I’m looking for at my local hardware store (not HD or L).

I needed to replace the battery on my home alarm system. The closest place didn’t have them in stock and they suggested I go here.
I was in and out in about 5 minutes and the person who helped me was very good. Other than an attempt to sell me some AA batteries I didn’t want, the transaction was fine.
The place is a good size, bright and clean.

I went to 3 stores looking for the battery I needed. I didn’t find the battery or a sales person who cared to help. Then I stopped here. The man working was very attentive and helpful. I had a sensor with a low battery on my house alarm and it was causing the alarm to make noise day and night. The employee immediately handed me what I needed. He took several other customer service steps like greeting everyone who walked in professionally and he know the product. I won’t go anywhere else for battery needs now.
