Best Buy Mobile

Convenient location but the young ladies working on Saturday ⁶⁄₄ left a lot to me desired in terms of customer service.
Went in about 230p to pick up an online order. With no other customers in the store, it still took 15 minutes to pick up my item. This item was a simple Apple Lightning Cable that had been «ready» for over 30 minutes. There is no reason the pick up should have taken that long.

Went in to just look at the tablets. Then the sales man Chase told us about our carriers special which was not the phones we wanted so he went to look if other carriers offerinh what we wanted. He found usone offering BOGO on the Samsung and they where cheaper on the service and unlimited data for the same price I was paying for 5G’s. So I got new phones and better service for less than I was paying before. Thanks Chase for listening to us and finding us a better deal on services and phones. You have excellent customer service.

We had an overall great experience at this store. The only reason I gave it a four star instead of five is because the management at this store had one poor individual working by herself on a seemingly busy night. I used to be a retail manager and I would have NEVER had someone working alone in a mall. Kyrsten was a good sport and worked very hard, she was very knowledgeable about the products and got us set up as quickly as she could. As for the one previous review, it is important to note the Verizon also charges tax (go in any store and ask them, its true) on the full retail price of the phone along with a $ 30 upgrade fee they throw on your bill, so I am unsure how you walked out for $ 224. They do have add ons at this Best Buy Mobile store but they are Entirely Optional. The only place you do not have to pay sales tax on the full retail price of the phone (a 16gb is $ 699 full retail, the $ 199 is subsidized price for signing a contract) is Apple.

Brutal! They had a sign out front advertising the iPhone 5 for $ 149. I saw that and walked right in, With about 4 minutes I walked right out and gladly paid the $ 199 Verizon was advertising. The sales girl was as dishonest as could be, informing me that I had to have multiple add-​ons and had to pay tax on the full retail price of the phone. The purchase price would have been nearly $ 300 after all was said and done, Verizon had me out the door for $ 224. With all the bad press Best Buy has received of late about being nearly out of business mainly due to their poor customer service you would think they would frown on this type of behavior by their associates, but I guess not. Do yourself a favor and skip this place.
