Best Mattress

Terrible place. It’s completely dumb. I walked in with my friend because we were trying to look at a place designated for mattresses only and find what really suited us and the old a**hole rude guy that works there was very pushy and disrespectful. He kept asking questions about my job, what I’m doing, etc. and it wasn’t casual, he just assumed because I was young (about to be 20. He said I look 17). I’ve been wanting a new mattress for some time now honestly and the reason I was there in the first place was to find the exact type of Beauty Rest mattress that I liked, I just wasn’t sure which model it was. and wanted to just gain more knowledge about what I’m getting into because I am moving and wanted to find what I genuinely liked. he treated me and my questions I asked him like they were a joke when I was completely serious. He was pretty much harassing us honestly not taking me as a serious buyer when we were just minding our own business, not being even remotely disruptive. Just talking about what size we think we wanted, our taste in firm/​softer beds. I’ve never felt so disrespected before and I work in a furniture store so I know that because I was young, he assumed I was a joke. I ended up getting angry and leaving. He made my temper rise uncontrollably and even if I WASNT a serious buyer, he could have at least answered the questions I had without being a stuck up, disrespectful man.

Thanks to Kris we had excellent service. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. We bought 4 beds and we are very happy with our purchase. Our kids love their beds and finally I’m getting the sleep I’ve been missing.

Came in Saturday morning and there were two people ahead of me. Cutting all the bs you don’t need to hear here, Kris hooked it up with a great mattress at a good price. Including dealing with the two families in front of me, I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Also offered some advice to a new local around town. Delivery guys gave me a 3 hour range and showed up at the very beginning of the range, although YMMV there. They dropped the mattress and box off in 10 minutes. Highly recommend coming here.

One sales person with a big heart. We talked as if we met long time ago, he understood my issues and what I was looking for in a mattress. The delivery was smooth, in time, and pleasant. Thanks to best mattress my home is happy.

Had a great experience here about a year ago. The mattress is still excellent, delivery was fast, they cleaned up and moved the old mattress as well. Nothing bad to say about this place

I was not positive what to expect when I walked into an empty store with one sales person, I was pleasantly surprised how well the experience and purchase turned out.
Kris greeted us and asked us what we were searching for in a mattress and stayed within our needs. Kris is an incredibly knowledge salesperson with a great sense of humor that actually cares.
Purchased a queen mattress within our budget and he was not pushy and even suggested to compare other stores within the area to help us decide. Without further ado, we purchased our mattress.
After our purchase we stopped at another mattress store and they were charging $ 150 more for the same mattress. I love saving $$$ and Best Mattress is successful with saving you $$$ and giving you a better nights rest!

The dear wife and I decided to get bunk beds for the kiddos, and Sunday was our one shopping day to get mattresses figured out. We were in the Rainbow/​Cheyenne area so we knew Best Mattress was nearby and then there’s another store down on Lake Mead and Rainbow. For some reason we went to the other store first, but they weren’t open at 11. Best Mattress was. They had opened at 10. Early bird gets my business when I don’t want to spend all day shopping.
The employee on duty, Kris, was super helpful and responsive to our mattress criteria. He made the process very straightforward and low-​hassle. We bought two twin mattresses. I’m not empirically sure that what I paid was the lowest possible, but I’m not going to spend all my time and gasoline to break even. Best Mattress provided a good value with exemplary service.
