Excellent quality. Cassandra is fantastic and makes one feel as if she is personally supervising the care of your clothes. Lilly does a great job with alterations. No broken buttons or surprise tears. Highly recommended. Parking is terrible but the service offsets the road rage.

I’m very loyal to this place mostly due to the incredible staff. always friendly, exceed basic customer service standards and the cleaning exceeds other facilities I’ve used in the area

I like the convenience of this location which is why I continue to go back. Yes, it’s a little pricey (especially compared to Eldorado cleaners) but you get a discount if you bring your clothes in their blue Boston Cleaners bag.
I like that I don’t need my ticket to pick up the clothes because everything is in the computer system by phone number. And I like that you don’t pay for it until you pick it up. (Unlike Eldorado which makes you pay first.)
The alterations lady is good. She’s hemmed a few formal dresses for me that were very delicate material and she did a great job!

Eh. They clean just fine, but the prices are not awesome.
The location is prime though, so if you live in the area, it probably makes more sense to use this cleaner than to drive somewhere further away.
I’ve had suits, shirts, dresses, and even drapes done here. I’ll be back, I just wish the pricing was a little better — or that they had a frequent customer program.

Being scattered brained when you’re making a cross country move isn’t anything major… until you forget a family heirloom at your local cleaners (at the time!). I inadvertently left a sentimental quilt at Boston Cleaners after I made a move from Las Vegas to Florida… so when I got the call to come pick up my beloved blanket I was devastated. No problem! THEY MAILED IT! Need I say on their own off time? Unbelievable service. I’m gonna call and brag on the employee who personally did it to the supervisor right after I finish writing this rave review… as far as service? It doesn’t get any better than this, folks.

Yes, this is not the cheapest place in town, but the service is impeccable and my clothes, uniforms and household bedding always come out perfectly !
Ladies at the dry clean counter are ALWAYS super nice and have my items ready before i can get the tag out of my purse.
Super happy with this neighborhood, eco friendly dry cleaning service.

Boston Cleaners is conveniently located in my neighborhood, and although they do have a pick up and delivery service, I choose to go in because of the great customer service. Cassandra always greets me by name with a smile and goes out of her way to ensure I have a great experience. Unlike the $ 1.50 cleaners where clothes «cleaned» in dirty solvents, Boston uses eco friendly chemicals that are gentle on my clothes and healthy for my body — I’m willing to pay a premium for this. Boston isn’t the cheapest dry cleaner in town, but you won’t find another that will take care of your best clothing the way Boston does. Tip — ask for the VIP service and get a cool bag for your clothes and receive a discount. They also just repaired my suitcase for just $ 15 — super convenient.

I was on vacation and found this cleaners in the area. They were super friendly and the place is clean. The prices are a bit higher then other places, but they found some casino chips in my pants pocket and returned them to me when I picked up my clothes! VERY IMPRESSED!

I had a very bad experience with the store. Very rude seamstress. She cost the company she works for money because my husband and I will never go there again. If you are looking for a friendly family business, do not go to Boston cleaners on West Charleston they are expensive, rude and unfriendly.

their prices may be higher than some asian cleaners but their quality of service is excellent. it really shows they take care of their customers clothing. i have never had my shirts packed so nicely when i pick them up at other cleaners. and looking over their work i found no flaws.
you get what you pay for here. and i will continue to be their customer :)

Holy cow. It cost me like $ 25 to get a couple of sweaters dry cleaned here last year. Granted, they did a good job, and they packed them in some really nice covers, but ouch. Check pricing before you drop off your stuff here.
