I want so badly to leave 4 stars, but I just can’t. Perhaps 3 ½? The ambiance here is outstanding. It screams France. Noise level is perfect for intimate conversation. The food is very good. We had salmon rilette, escargot, chicken, and mussels. We ordered haricot verts, but they never came. Despite the lack of our vegetable, our service was very good. The server was far from pretentious, but he clearly was a total professional. The drinks were great. We had a Manhattan and a Sazerac to start and then wanted to order a bottle of wine to have with our dinner, but it took so long for the server to come back, we went with another cocktail instead. Overall, I’d recommend coming here. The food is great and the service, despite a couple of hiccups, is good. This place is pricey, so bring your money.

Have only been here once but I had the best experience. Came here on the morning of my 21st birthday because I wanted to start the day off with a nice place and boy did I make a great choice. We got lucky and got sat right next to the water fountain on the outside seating area… it was perfect! We started with Assorted Bouchon Pastries: Pecan sticky bun, chocolate croissant, apple croissant, and blueberry muffin — these were warm, soft and hit the right spot. I got the house-made sausage hash which was delicious! My sister go the special for the day, which was chicken with vegetables… the plate was so pretty and was as delicious as it looked. Our server was really nice and friendly, great experience. Definitely recommend, a really nice place for breakfast and not extremely expensive. Will definitely come again.

I’m actually not sure why this place has 4 stars. We came here for brunch and didn’t order your most expensive dishes, but I would say the food was below par I ordered the Burger that they have since we had a girls night out the night before and what serves a hangover better than a burger and fries? The burger came and it was very thick, not sure why it needed to be 2 textbook widths thick. The bun was okay and slightly over toasted for my taste. There was absolutely nothing special about my meal except that I love french fries, and they were pretty good fries. I can tell they were fresh but it shouldn’t be the highlight of the meal. My burger came with thousand island sauce which I appreciated since I’m from cali and currently reside in Boston — meaning I miss In –n –out a lot! My friends didn’t say anything special about their food either. I believe someone ordered the hash and sausage and the sausage tasted like cornmeal was added to it. My other friend ordered a salmon open faced sandwich with egg and she had trouble cutting her bread– it was so hard. Oh yea, and the bread they serve at the beginning is not that great either.

After visiting Bouchon in Yountville, I figured I should try the Las Vegas location. Ya know… just to test the consistency. For science. And all that jazz. Plus, I had just celebrated my birthday, and I figured I’d drag the celebration out as long as possible. My cousin and I decided to split a few items so we could try as many things as possible. We started off with the deviled eggs, which were LOVELY, and super reasonably priced. Actually, back up. We started off with drinks. Duh. Who doesn’t start with drinks at Bouchon? Who doesn’t start with drinks in Vegas? Anyway, then we decided to split the endive salad with Roquefort. Glorious. For our entrée, we had fish with potatoes that had a much fancier French name that I would never in a million years remember. The server expertly deboned it, which was pretty cool to watch. Our desserts were to die for… particularly the crème fraîche ice cream that came on the rhubarb tart. Our server was extremely professional and helpful when we were struggling to decide between entrees. The overall experience was fantastic, and matched my excellent experience at the Yountville Bouchon.

My friends and I came here for brunch! My friend came down to put our name on the waiting list, which took about 45 mins and the good thing is that they will text us when our table is ready. This is very convinence! Once they texted us, we came down from our room right away and was seated within 5 mins! The waiter came, greeted and pour us some water(without ice), I love ice water especially in a hot weather. I ordered the steak hash with sunny side up and requested for some ice. Everything was good! Service was great; our waiter came every often to check on us. I will definitely come back again for some great French brunch!

Four of us had dinner here while we were in town. It’s difficult to find inside the Venetian, particularly if you’re coming from Las Vegas Blvd. We chose to dine outside because the weather was great, but looking at people in their bathing suits only 10 feet away wasn’t what we had in mind. I would recommend dining inside. For starters we had the French onion soup, house salads and house bread. All items were delicious particularly the extra large house salad. For entrees we ordered salmon, trout, and the pasta du jour. The salmon was cooked and seasoned to perfection. The trout, however, had to be sent back because it was raw throughout the thickest part of the filet. Unfortunately the trout was returned after all other diners had finished their meals and no apology was made by the waitstaff. The pasta du jour featured beet infused pasta spirals with pancetta and goat cheese. The dish was interesting and colorful but the portion was way too small. For dessert, we shared profiteroles, crème brûlée, and a lemon tart. All were outstanding; a great ending to the meal. We unanimously recommend this place for dinner. We won’t hesitate to return.

Went with some friends who were visiting and I was really excited to try this place. It was definitely a vegas bucket list for me. The space is hidden on the 10th floor of the Venetian and it’s kind of hard to find. The restaurant I think is a beautiful open space with a classic French design. The menu isn’t too expansive. It’s small and the way it’s organized can be a little confusing. We started off with mimosas, escargot, froie grois pâté, and the small seafood platter as appetizers. They also served is complimentary bread with the most delicious butter and blackberry jam combination. I loved the escargots. It can with a puff pastry on top to soak up the garlicky oil goodness. I even dipped extra bread in that sauce. The texture of the escargot and flavor was on point. The froie was good but it’s was really hard. Like a spoon can stand upright in it. I definitely like the taste of a actual froie filet better but texture of this was good. I give it 3⁄5 stars. The seafood platter was a beauty. We couldn’t stop snapping pics of it. The lobster is flavored and it was delicious. The texture was a little chewy. The shrimp was also plump and fresh but it would have been«crispier» if you know what I mean. The oysters were delicious! Both kinds were. Sweet and fresh. Loved them. The mussels were ok. Could have passed on that. We didn’t get our mimosas until after the appetizers and the waitress felt so bad she gave it to us on the house. That was such a sweet gesture. I love it when restaurants comp things for you when service isn’t just right. For main dishes we got the croquet Madame, the salmon plate, the burger and the steak hash which was the special. The croque Madame is so rich and buttery and gluttonous. I don’t think I can eat all of that but my friends did. We also upgraded to truffle fries and that was an excellent idea since it was delicious and the biggest hit. I liked my salmon plate. Nothing special and it’s something you can make at home though. The steak hash wasn’t that great actually. For 30 bucks it tasted like the steak hash I can get at a diner. Overall it was a great experience and the service was wonderful. Somethings in the menu are superb, some are just good(standard but not worth the price) and yes guys this place is pricey.

3.5! Man maybe this is more of a brunch spot or something? I wasn’t that amazed by dinner but it was solid. Another weird thing is they just dump bread on your table lol i thought this was supposed to be classy, but it was like here’s the bread have at it! Food– Duck Confit– Texture, Crisp, and moisture of the duck was good. Flavor/richness left something to be desired but not bad. Salmon Rilette– Never had rilette before. It was just ok for me but i have nothing to compare against really… if ur a fan of pâté you can try this Salmon Tartare– This was very good. I think I was imagining bigger pieces of salmon for some reason but that shouldnt be the case as this is a French cuisine. I feel like the salmon portion was just ok but what really made up for it were the surrounding ingredients. Good nonetheless Roasted Chicken– Waiter recommended the chicken and pretty much hyped it up that it was the best chicken ever. Maybe it was hyped up too much. Id say it was chicken definitely done right but i dont think it was the juiciest chicken ive ever had nor was it the most flavorful. Croque Madame– I had to get this just for sheer uniqueness. This is basically just a glorified ham sandwich lol. Probably the best ham sandwich ive ever had but still at 19 bux i dunno. My recommendation is to get it just to try it but i wouldnt get it again. Desserts were good but nothing amazing. I think I enjoyed the chocolate mousse the most. Service was good but a lil up/down for me. For some reason before the entrees came, no one came to check up on us. I could have totally used another drink and by the entrees had come out maybe 10 – 15 mins later I had decided against it so if this is happening at all tables thats a lot of missed drink sales. Also, because we told the waiter we didnt think the chicken was THAT amazing, he threw in some free desserts so pts for that. Overall, i enjoyed the food and the service but i dont think any single thing wowed me to a pt where i would have to come back.

Oh man, I really wanted to love this. But after having dined at Ad Hoc and Bouchon in Yountville this place pales in comparison to. The atmosphere was wonderful, and the service was immaculate. However, my food(the Moules au Safran) left something to be desired. I think they were too mustardy for me, which really overwhelmed the flavor of the mussels. Overall I just expected more mind blowing for something priced at $ 28.50. The bread that accompanied the meal was spectacular and I could’ve eaten two loaves myself easily. Some of my friends were disappointed in the portions of their dishes, granted they got appetizers and salads. However I agree, for the cost, one appetizer and a salad should provide enough food to make a meal. Everyone else that ordered a true entrée was fairly satisfied with what they purchased. They also provide a complementary crème brûlée because it was my friends bachelorette party, which was really tasty and very nice of them. I would say, if you don’t have a chance to go to another Thomas Keller restaurant, you might as well get a piece of the experience here. However if you try any of his Yountville restaurants, the food here would pale in comparison.

Absolutely beautiful space. I only wish I could have stayed longer. I was able to snag a quick coffee and flaky chocolate croissant to go. Over $ 7 later, I was thoroughly enjoying both. You haven’t had a croissant until you’ve tried theirs. As for the coffee, it also really did the trick and had a nice, light acidity. I wish my breakfast could be Bouchon breakfast every day.

Food here is always really good. Just tad on the expensive side… but I guess this is vegas. What did you expect? We waited for about 30mins for our table of 7 on a Saturday at noon so not too bad but I would still recommend reservations. They had Madeleines out for us while we waited which was nice. I ordered the madam croque which was super yummy. Latte was what you would expect. Our table also got the poulet et des gaufres(chicken and waffles) which was also yummy.

This place is fantastic! It is tucked away in the Venetian near the entrance to the hotel rooms(you have to take the elevator to the right of the check in desks to another floor to find The Bouchon). We visited The Bouchon and it did not disappoint. Prior to flying to Vegas, I researched into the top Brunch spots and people on both on Unilocal and trip advisor raved about the Bouchon, so I knew we would have to check it out. We attempted to eat here Friday right before 2:30PM because the concierge at the Palazzo had said they didn’t close until 2:30PM and so we had run over there. Unfortunately this information was incorrect, as they stop seating at 2PM. We returned on Saturday at around 12:30PM and there was a HUGE wait. To be clear, the Bouchon does NOT take open table reservations… they only take walk-ins. That being said, there is a high probability your wait will be an hour or more(it’s TOTALLY worth it though). In our case, we were told the wait would be an hour, but it ended up being longer and so we just finally decided to eat at the bar. To start, I had a much needed cappuccino to give me some energy after a night of partying. My friend who also ordered one and is a coffee addict told the bartender that this was«literally the best cappuccino she has ever had.» The bartender recommended either the Roasted Chicken with Bacon and Chive Waffles(Poulet et des Gaufres) or the Oeufs Benedict. I was a little hesistant to order the chicken with raffles the food sounded a little heavy after a night of drinking, but he convinced me when he said it was personally one of his favorite dishes and that when you are eating in vegas you shouldn’t order food that you can get at any regular old brunch spot place… you should try things that unique to that restaurant. Let me tell you, boy was I glad I ordered that plate! It was absolutely amazing. My friend, who also ordered it, and I could not stop talking about how good it was. They give you a special gravy for the chicken that was fantastic. I couldn’t get enough of that sauce. The bacon and chive waffles were also mouth wateringly delicious. The other two people in my party ordered the Oeufs Benedict and also enjoyed their food. The general consensus was that all 4 of us absolutely loved this place. The décor and atmosphere is so cute too. I definitely recommend it for brunch! You HAVE to try the Poulet et des Gaufres(roasted chicken and waffles plate).

Total fairytale breakfast. Tucked in the Venetian, down a candlelit hallway along the side of the gardens, Bouchon emerges in midnight blue velvet and chocolate leather, an elegant patio perched right in the gardens. The service is top notch, and the food is seriously the cat’s meow. The thing is, I’ve loved Thomas Keller for a long time from afar. The Bouchon Bakery recipe book sits on my nightstand any time I’m inclined for a cookie or croissant bedtime story. I’ve had the pleasure of dining at the French Laundry and picking up a baguette and some pastries at Bouchon in Yountville, but this was my first time at his Vegas establishment. I came for breakfast around 8:15 am on a Sunday. With just a 3 – 4 minute wait, we were seated and served a warm baguette with butter and cherry jam. Bread and some black coffee? We were off to a very very good start. We ordered the chicken and waffles, and the sausage hash. The hash was really great(a bit gamy and rich, but very balanced), but there is no doubt that the chicken and waffles was the star dish. Fluffy, savory waffles, with heartbreakingly delicious chicken. Like, really, the best chicken in my entire life. A hot, succulent, juicy, eyes-rolling-into-the-back-of-my-head kind of experience. I will forever visit every single time I’m in Vegas. I shamelessly love you, Bouchon.

This review is based on Brunch visits. I cannot wait to try Lunch/Dinner sometime soon! 4.5 Stars. Thomas Keller does not dissapoint here with dishes that make you buckle. This is his«affordable» and easier to get into establishment. FIRST, SKIP the coffee! The only disappointment here. Maybe I don’t know what French coffee is supposed to be like but DAMN! This thing is like… crude oil. Its thick, bitter, dark flavor just got worse and worse with every sip. Nor was it hot hot, just above warm. Don’t even do it, or you’ll remember I told you so. Now… — Vaunted Chicken n Waffles was ridiculous. The roast chicken ½ dark ½ white was just succulent, moist, flavorful, perfect. This dish was most likely the cause of a longer wait holding up rest of our dishes, probably because they were handpicking which poor chicken’s time were up. The gravy was good(think it had bacon in it or ham), but not necessary as the chicken was just delicious. The Waffles as others noted are not your everyday waffles. They were sweet yet sour, crispy yet soft. It took a few bites to get used to the uniquness and am still unsure whether I liked it or not. But it doesn’t matter because the chicken was very good. Not a huge serving of chicken, but the whole entrée was filling enough. — Brioche French Toast was delicate, meltful(I love making up words), fragile, beautifully done. The Vanilla Bean butter and syrup went perfect with the blueberries. I’d order this everytime we come here. — The special Chocolate Almond Croissant… the moment it hits your lips, you’re done. The exterior look is nothing special, but once you bite, once your tooth hits the pastry, your saliva glands explode. Nuff said. — Table Bread was meh. Skippable. Don’t waste stomach space on this. Service was strong. Not stellar, but strong. Water/coffee filling was often. One server was too busy and less attentive, another was super friendly and alot of pleasant sweet eye contact. In Vegas, there are so many restaurants to try that every visit you plan different spots to try. Bouchon at the Venetian is one that will always be considered for every visit, just make sure to skip the coffee. Yikes.

I came here again on another trip to Vegas this past Sunday. The same complimentary almond cakes were out and definitely ate some. Thank goodness for them because we were in for a LONG wait. I was told for our party of 7 that the wait would be about 35 – 45 minutes. Reasonable for a big-ish party around 10am on a Sunday. So we waited… and waited. At the 45 minute mark, I went up to inquire as to how much longer. They said they were just waiting on a table who had just paid to leave. So we waited and waited. 20 minutes more. Then I got the text that our table was ready! So all 7 of us walk up to the hostess stand. One hostess told us we’d be seated momentarily. We waited another couple of minutes. Another hostess came to tell us it would be another 10 minutes while the table was getting ready. «Another 10 minutes!?» I exclaimed. HANGRY! She said they send a text 10 minutes before our estimated wait time. I told her our estimated wait time was 35 – 45 minutes, and it has been over an hour now. Why would a restaurant text a patron saying their table was ready, only to tell them it’s going to be another 10 minutes??? ODD! Finally, we were sat at a table in a different room. We had 2 different waiters and a runner serving us. We got warm bread and a refill of warm bread brought out to us. As well as waters. Except some of us got room temperature water and some got chilled water. Refills were also of mixed temperatures. Food came out 20 minutes after ordering. Good thing we had the bread or else I would have gone full Incredible Hulk and started smashing tables and throwing plates. I ordered the waffle with a side of sausage. The food was delicious. I can’t complain about it. I ate it all in ravenous mode! I also ordered a mimosa. Which was not filled to the top of the flute. Why? For $ 12, I’d like a FULL glass please. Overall, I was really perplexed and disappointed this time around. From the long wait with no apology to the premature text to the warm water to the un-full mimosa. It was just all too much to ignore.

One of the things I love in life the most is BRUNCH! The brunch at Bouchon has to be one of the best in town– definitely the best on the strip. They have a large assortment of fresh fruit, pastries, drinks and entrees. I really enjoyed their pastry platter(a chefs selection), and their omelette special, which was ham and English cheddar. The waiter brought over the pastries first, and explained what each one was. They gave us a sweet and savory selection, which was really nice. Both were spectacular. Another item on the menu I highly recommend are the donuts. They are covered in cinnamon sugar and served with berry compote, vanilla, and chocolate sauces. A little decadent for breakfast but for brunch, I’d order 6! Overall, this place has a magnificent ambience, great service, and wonderful food. Their something on the menu for the savory brunch lover, the«I’m actually gonna order lunch for brunch» guy, and the sweet tooth! Gotta try it at least once.

This lovely gem of a restaurant is hard to find but worth the trip. We went there for a late breakfast and enjoyed every minute of it. We only had to wait a couple of minutes for our table, and from then on the service was excellent and the ambiance was great. I had the«Les Oeufs»(two eggs, bacon, potato croquettes, toasted brioche) and it was delicious. Everything was cooked just right and came out piping hot. My wife had the«Gaufres au Levain»(sourdough waffles) and enjoyed every bite. The prices were Vegas-reasonable($ 14 each) and the portion sizes were perfect. I really liked the décor and the natural light shining in the many windows was welcome in a city where you often don’t see sunlight for hours! Highly recommended.

Thomas Keller is a genius, the only word to describe his restaurants is perfection. From the host greeting you at the door to your waiter, the service is excellent. Our reservation for dinner was initially for inside, yet because it was a beautiful evening we requested to be seated outside and there was absolutely no fuss made over our request. We ordered the mussels and fries, the sauce the mussels were sitting in was delicious and so buttery probably why French food is so amazing, the butter that comes with their fresh baked bread was amazing as well. I know you’re thinking it’s just butter but this butter was so smooth and rich. The truffle pasta was amongst my favorite dishes. Perfectly cooked pasta with loads of truffle flavor and truffle shavings. Gnocchi and sole were also stars. The sole is light and full of flavors with just the right amount of acidity. The gnocchi was a little heavy but it had Brussel sprouts and mushrooms which was nice for texture and flavors, brussels were perfectly cooked and crunchy. Our server made recommendations for the perfect wine pairings for each of our dishes. For dessert you must must order the lemon tart! It’s the perfect way to end the perfect meal.

Forget the buffets… come here for breakfast! I can’t say enough good things about this restaurant. The décor is classic French bistro with tiled floors, dark wooden bar, floor to ceiling windows which flood the restaurant in natural light. A bit of a rarity in Vegas. Ate here on a Monday morning and were seated immediately. Our waiter, whose name has unfortunately escaped me, was fantastic. Attentive without hovering. Soft rolls with butter were promptly brought to our table with the freshly squeezed OJ and coffee. Both drinks were amazing. We ordered the omelette of the day(asparagus and ham) and the eggs Benedict. Both served with side salad. The eggs Benedict was even better than I expected. Crunchy toast as the base, flavorful smoked ham, a perfect poached egg and dreamy hollandaise on top. Was totally sated at the end of this meal. Bonus: they offered takeout coffees as we left. Nice touch!

My absolute favorite spot for breakfast! The service is superb, food is quality, restaurant is elegant, and the hotel itself is gorgeous. The restaurant is easy to find… You don’t have to walk a million miles to get to it. They have delicious mimosas — must try the hibiscus mimosa! No one likes to go to a breakfast restaurant and drink disgusting coffee. They definitely have delicious coffee and the servers are continually refilling when needed. Must get their Croque Madame with fries(yes, fries! Best fries ever!)

Minus one star because the hostess lost our reservation(regardless of the fact we were guests at the Venetian and had phone call confirmation). Besides that, the delicious brunch meal & very kind waitress made up for the mishap. For brunch drinks we ordered the peach bellini and the hibiscus mimosa. The peach nectar flavor came through and the hibiscus mimosa had a candied mimosa at the bottom. Both great cocktails! Starter bread(looked pretty and was like a baguette) was nice and warm with delicious strawberry jam and butter. The chocolate beignet doughnuts were our appetizer and it was served warm with what seemed to be cranberry? House made jam and nutella-like spread. Perfect pairings for the beignets! I ordered the Croque Madame open faced sandwich and my friend got the Eggs Benedict. Both dishes had large portions with perfectly cooked eggs. Crispy fresh fries came with the Croque Madame too. We were both very satisfied with our brunch entrées! Can’t wait to visit again next time I’m in Vegas!

Never have I gone to Vegas without stopping at bouchon for a meal. From brunch to dinner, bouchon does not disappoint. Top notch service, dedication to quality and the food is just to die for. The general manager’s attention to detail and commitment to providing quality customer experience is what separates Bouchon. I’ve been to the Beverly Hills location and it’s NOTTHESAME. Their chicken and waffles is quite possibly the best. Their corn beef hash, croque Madame… EVERYTHINGISDELICIOUS. Mimosas and coffee pair perfectly for brunch and wine of course for dinner. Their baked goods are all amazing… make sure to take some to go. Can’t wait to go back to Vegas so I can dine at Bouchon.

this is my «go-to» breakfast or lunch place. You can never go wrong with this place’s food quality and service. I also love to have steak and egg for breakfast(if they’re available). With that being said, I do have a tiny problem with this place; they tended to let anyone with any dress code to dine in; I have seen people with baseball cap or dirty sneakers. For a fine dining restaurant I really think they should have strict rules regarding dress codes.

This was my second visit to this posh spot and it was satisfactory. My friend who accompanied me was not blown away either. I did enjoy having the option of dining al fresco style on the patio. I had the sourdough waffles with caramel apples, toasted pecans, Chantilly cream and vanilla bean butter. My friend ordered the eggs Benedict. They were a little on the salty side. The most memorable part of our brunch was when our server thought something was wrong with the meal because we were busy taking pictures of the food and not eating.

Great little place for breakfast/brunch! We came here around 11 a.m. on a Tuesday and the wait was only 15 minutes. Petite Americano: Typical breakfast platter with bacon, eggs, and potatoes. The difference is that it comes with your choice of a pasty, juice, and coffee. I think this was the best deal. Cobb Salad: All the ingredients looked fresh and the portion was super generous. Steak and Eggs: This was my biggest disappointment. This was a special and was priced at $ 28. However, the steak matched the quality of an Outback Steakhouse. It was dry and bland. I had to douse it with Tabasco sauce and pepper for flavor. Comes with a huge side of fries. Burger: Meaty and hearty burger with melted cheese, sesame buns, and animal sauce. The hostess was warm and inviting and our server was a little forgetful with our beverages but her demeanor was super sweet. The ambiance is so peaceful and the interior is classy yet simple. The food is slightly overpriced for their breakfast menu. I would rather come here for dinner than brunch.

We flew into Vegas on Friday night and Saturday morning this is where we went. We had both picked it out on Unilocal before our trip and it did not disappoint. We arrived at Bouchon at 9:30am. We were told it would be about a 20 minute wait and they would text us when our table was ready. We were able to walk around a gift shop a few step away while we waited for our table. We were texted almost exactly 20 minutes later and were seated at a table for 2. I was on the booth side and my boyfriend sat in the chair across from me. Their champagne cocktails looked delicious, but as much as I love champagne it does not love me, so I opted instead for the Bouchon cocktail. It was good, but not great, and VERY strong. I didn’t end up finishing it. The bread service they brought out was amazing. It was 4 small rolls attached together with butter and jam. Seriously, I could’ve eaten this and it could’ve been my meal and I would’ve been happy as a clam. I’m drooling just thinking about them. For my entrée I had the waffle with apples pecans, and cream. It was heavenly. The apples and fresh pecans gave the waffle a freshness element instead of pure sweetness. The apples were cooked, but not overcooked and not saccharine sweet. However, I did find that syrup was totally unnecessary. My boyfriend has the Croque Madame. It was awesome. The sauce on this Croque Madame was out of this world and bread was delicious. His fries were also very good. The ambiance here is great. It has a great French bistro feel and was nice and romantic. We did not have a bad meal in Vegas, but this was definitely one our favorites.

We came for breakfast on a Saturday morning at 9:30AM and there was a 10 min wait. Ambiance: clean, modern aesthetic. There’s a large waiting area. They have indoor and outdoor seating. Tables are bit close so you may hear your neighbor Service: below par. Waiter got our order wrong. Host was not very friendly and seated a couple who came later before us. We brought it up and she didn’t care. Food: the food is great here and forgives the poor service. #free bread– delicious, fresh and very crunchy #potatoe leek soup– must try here. It was superbly made and great balance of taste. Not too heavy #madam croquet– impressive looking. Not very big but very yummy. Fries were perfectly crispy #eggs Benedict– over fresh bread not English muffin. Yummy with ample side salad Overall we had a nice time. Restaurant very nicely decorated and food was good. Took one star off because of the bad experience with the host and waitress.

Very solid 4 star. We came here because of the good reviews and it wasn’t easy to make a same day reservation which is a good indication. The restaurant is tucked away in the Venetian and had a classy décor with simple lines and wooden panels. The tables themselves were small and made the dinning experience resemble a gymnastics exercise. We started with the beef tartare, and a dozen of mussels. The tartare was good but a bit hard. The mussels were great, they were steamed then chilled. They were very smooth and fatty, I really liked them with the mustard sauce. The service was very pleasant and attentive. They’d top off drinks even if the container was on the table and cleaned the table often. They also made sure that the plates were positioned the correct way. I ordered their New York steak and the wife had the roasted leg of lamb. Both were very tender and the amount was what you expect out of a French restaurant. I really like my steak which were cooked perfectly. The sauce was tasty but not too strong. The spinach was cooked with butter and the mushrooms served the pellet with a refreshing zest. Overall great place to dine if you don’t mind the price tag.

I booked Bouchon at The Venitian based upon both Unilocal and Eater Vegas reviews. During our trip to Vegas we decided we wanted GOOD food, not just EXPENSIVE food. Therefore, the Bouchon,(as well as Jaleo and Yojie) seemed to be a fantastic option for us. We had a little trouble finding it — it is tucked back in the Venzia Tower area, but once we got there we were very impressed by the gas lamp lit hallway that, if you look to the right while entering the restaurant, is very beautiful. The restaurant itself is also very beautiful. Unfortunately, we were stuffed into a corner in the very front room with a limited view of most of the restaurant, which really bummed us out. The food and the service were mainly great, though. Our bread/water waiter as well as our main waiter were very attentive, funny, nice, and knowledgeable. At one point I was sitting alone for a a long stretch, as my husband was making a business call. Both waiters made sure to come over and ask me if all was ok, and reassure me that dinner would go at our pace, which I really appreciated. We started with drinks — red wine for my husband, which was recommended by the waiter and it was good, and I had their cocktail the Silent Lady, which was a mix of whiskey, pineapple juice and a few other things that was smooth, and fantastic. I sipped on it throughout the evening. They also served us warm pistachios as well as a beautiful«vine» of french bread — both were wonderful. Next, we decided to take it slow and order a few plates to share. We had the cheese plate, which our waiter worked together with us on. We like softer cheeses, so out of their selections of goat, sheep and cow’s milk cheeses he selected the three that were the softest. It came with honeycomb, walnuts, crispy cranberry walnut bread, and thin apple slices. The cheeses were fantastic — two very creamy and spreadable and one a little harder, with smoky flavors. Really fantastic when paired with everything else on the plate. For our next shared plate we decided to go with the deviled eggs. Although they were not our favorite — we thought that they were beautifully presented and fairly decent. We felt that they lacked flavor, as compared to a friend who makes her own, Coastal Flats in VA, and Pappas Bros. in TX. For our main plates, we decided to share a few things again. My husband ordered the Duck Confit, the Crab Legs, and I ordered the Poulet Roti. All of the main plates were fantastic. The duck was succulent and fall off the bone, in a fantastic sauce with crispy skin as you’d expect. My husband also enjoyed his crab legs which seemed very fresh, and were in a lovely garlic butter sauce. My Poulet was fantastic as well — crispy skin, a lovely sauce just as with the duck, and the brussels sprouts were very nice with the bacon. I wasn’t fond of the chest nuts which were slightly chewy and just not a good mouth feel for me. Although we were too full for dessert, our waiter sold us on a small dish of their cherry ice cream which turned out to be really, really fantastic. It had thin crunchy shavings of chocolate, and small pieces of cherry. We very much enjoyed it. When they packaged up our leftovers, they gave us another entire«vine» of bread which was incredibly generous. We had a really decent experience here, and if I was ever in Vegas again I would definitely come back to the Bouchon at the Venetian. I’m removing one star for being shoved into a corner and the Deviled Eggs could have been better. Otherwise though, this was a five star experience that I won’t soon forget. Thanks!

Because we saw Anthony Bourdain eat at Bouchon on «No Reservations» and rave about the food, we put Bouchon on our list of restaurants to visit. And we didn’t eat there just once — because brunch at Bouchon was so tasty on our first day in Vegas, we left Vegas on a high note and visited Bouchon again for brunch on our last day! The restaurant has a cute, vintage bistro atmosphere with eye-catching tilework. The staff is great at seating guests near the windows by the courtyard during breakfast and brunch. And the homemade butter is so fantastic that you might just eat the butter by itself. So during our two visits, we ate: –Croque Madame: it’s like taking the most perfect eggs benedict you can imagine, replacing the types of bread, and then making the dish even more delectable and delicious. –Brioche french toast: incredible! The toast pieces had no sogginess or heaviness; instead, the toast was perfectly crispy on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside. –Omelette with salad: tasty and fluffy omelette with a fantastic mixed greens salad. The vinaigrette was flavorful yet light and was great for breakfast/brunch. –Pastries: this place knows what it’s doing with pastries! We ate a chocolate croissant and pecan sticky bun at the restaurant and also enjoyed a macaron from the Bouchon Bakery stand in the Venetian on the main floor. Don’t go anywhere else and order a pastry; get your pastry at Bouchon! Put Bouchon on your list for Vegas breakfast/brunch places. If it’s morning and you’re hungry, go to Bouchon, and you will not be disappointed.

After a bit of a strife locating the restaurant(10th floor of Venetian), we were pleasantly surprised with a zero wait when we arrived! Yahoo! The crackling of the fresh bread they serve is perfection! We ordered: — Eggs Benedict — Croque Madame — Pastries — Beignets — Oysters All were absolutely fantastic! The eggs Benedict and oysters were my standout faves.

Just a wonderful breakfast. The food was great. Service was spotless and on a Monday there was no wait to be sat. Our server was very knowledgable about what is offered in the restaurant. He was very friendly and was constantly checking on us. My breakfast was great! The only thing I’d change about the egg Benedict is the hollandaise. It put all over the entire plate. It tastes good but to me less is more. I like a drizzle or maybe a small dish of it on the side. It just looked kinda messy. Aside from that delicious. The beignets are made to order. They come out hot and crispy then tossed in some cinnamon and sugar. So decadent. So good. This is worth a stop. Check this place out!

Thomas Keller can do no wrong. Everything I tried for brunch was uhhhmazing! It is located on the 10th floor of the Venezia tower so you get a mini-view if you get a seat near the window. The Croque Madame had the perfect salty bite. You get a ham and cheese sandwich, toasted and buttered to perfect. To top it off you get a sunny-side up egg. Calories-Smalories. You cannot skimp on this greatness. Break into the yolk and ZOMG… sauce to moisten the sandwich and to mix in with the sauce that reminds me of hollandaise. Comes with a side of fries but you can ask for potatoes or fruit. The sandwich is somewhat heavy so the size is perfect for a brunch meal. The Sourdough Waffle was also amazing. You don’t need to extra syrup or butter because the waffle is by itself sweet enough. It is topped with pecans and apples so it feels like you are eating a pie instead of a waffle. The sourdough flavor is light but only if you nibble the edges of the waffle that is not topped with the sauce. Raspberry filled beignets were also a great appetizer. The waffle was light and pretty crumbly. The raspberry jam was not overly sweet so the sugar coating makes it a bit that isn’t overpowering. I loved the feel of this restaurant in addition to the service and the coffee. Yes, the coffee. I don’t know what coffee they brew but it wasn’t sour tasting and I kept wanting refills. A must try when you are in Vegas and looking for a superb brunch location.

Well, it’s doubtful that I’ll ever get to eat at the French Laundry so was happy that we got to try out his more casual, Vegas restaurant, Bouchon. We ate here on the day before New Year’s Eve so that may have been why we easily got a reservation at prime dinner time. Everything from start to finish was pretty much impeccable. Sourdough bread in the shape of leaves were brought out immediately with softened butter in a small ramekin. One thing I hate is when warm bread is brought out with butter that is ice cold and hard to spread on the bread, so I really appreciated that the butter was the right temperature to easily spread. For a starter, we split the Terrine of foie gras which was delicious. It has a thin layer of braised beef ground down to a coarse pâté texture, then a thin layer of foie gras, then a layer of prune gelee. Served with crostini and a small frisee salad. The slightly slightly saltier beef and the creamy foie went so well together. The prune gelee added that touch of cool sweetness that made it all work together. A dish I would definitely recommend. For our entrees, I got the Steak frites, and Mark H had the Leg of lamb(Gigot d’Agneau.) Mine was hangar steak topped with caramelized onions served with a compound butter and a healthy portion of nicely crispy, thinly cut fries. The steak was cooked to a perfect mid rare and was tender. The onions and the compound butter did overpower the steak a bit, though. Mark H’s dish on the other hand, was the better of the two. The roasted leg of lamb was just so tender and flavorful, the knife cut through the meat like butter. The lamb was served with flageolet beans and braised escarole. Our server asked him when he was ordering if he wanted any sides to go with it since it didn’t come with a starch but the beans and escarole was enough for an entrée portion. Besides, I know he wanted to save room for dessert. For dessert, we split the Banana crêpe gâteau. Layers of crepes with banana pastry cream between them, served with salted caramel and french vanilla gelato. This was pretty amazing as well. I’ve had some fantasic gâteau de crepes in france and this one really reminded me of being there. The banana flavor was a bit too subtle for me but that salted caramel was like heaven. Such an incredible texture to it with that bright kick of salt, damn. The french vanilla gelato was memorable as well. Nice silky texture and oh so creamy. The next time I’m there, we really have to try their breakfast.

Bouchon is such a treat! And it’s one of the more affordable restaurants with a well known chef. You must go here! 5 stars — Salmon rillette with toasted crostini. This was one of the best salmon dishes I have had. You take the flavorful salmon spread and eat it with the crostini. Then you get the crunch of the crostini and the creamy texture of the rillette. It’s served in a jar, and it comes fully packed with the salmon mixture. They do not skimp here! 5 stars — Watercress and endive salad with walnuts, apple, roquefort blue cheese, and walnut dressing. This was so fresh and simple with just the right amount of dressing, so it didn’t cover up the natural flavor of the endive and watercress. 5 stars — House bread is worth a mention here. It is crunchy in the outside and chewy on the inside. A great baguette! 5 stars — French onion soup is prepared classically. It has a cheese covering that is just the right amount to go with the flavorful broth. 2 stars — Service was such a disappointment here. Our waiter did not treat us like guests at all. We were looking for a light dinner, and after learning we were there to order soup, salad, and an appetizer, he questioned us about not ordering entrees. Then on, he did not treat us with any kindness. It was as if we were a hassle for him. The busboys and servers were much nicer. For this type of restaurant, I expect the service to match the level of food, but that was not the case here with the service severely lacking. Maybe next time, we’ll get more lucky with a better waiter. That’s right, kudos to the chefs because the food is worth returning for.

I never been to the French Laundry or a Thomas Keller restro nor will I ever get resos there, not because I don’t want to but because I heard it was near impossible! So what to do? Settle for his other nearest restro– Bouchon! Bouchon is not a Vegas flashy restaurant and it won’t cost you an arm and a leg. The price is very reasonable. You also get that great customer service(as we did). Bouchon is located in a weird hidden spot and we actually made resos 2 months in advance, we didn’t really know how busy it’ll be… so we decided not to risk it. FYI it wasn’t that busy when we went, but then again it was a Sunday night. We started off with the table bread– which was delicious and homemade as they have their own bakery. My BF couldn’t find a beer he liked and the server was nice enough to let him taste several. We decided to feast and ended up ordering the charcuterie plate, dozen oysters, mussels, steak frites, and bouchons dessert. Man they were all delicious! The charcuterie board came with patay and it was the best thing ever. I would love to have that to put in my Vietnamese banh mi! My entrée was the mussels and they were cute small mussels but there were literally over 50 mussels! It was more than plentiful and delicious. The saffron broth was amazing. The steak was good too and the oysters were very fresh. The dessert– 3 bouchons, a pretzel ice cream and a marshmallow thing with a salted caramel bar inside was amazing. It had crazy flavors from sweet to salty to savory. We were VERY happy that we got to try Bouchon. It also didn’t cost too much like other celebrity chef restaurants AND Thomas Keller delivered! Amazing, we’ll come back next time! Totally impressed.
