Awesome people! We are a family with 4 daughters and we frequently count on this restaurant to bail us out of our hectic schedule. Excellent food and good people! What more could you ask for?

Please be advised that this is a healthy Thai joint — hence the name«Brown Rice Thai Kitchen». I ordered Pad Thai with shrimp and spring rolls. The noodles they use are not the typical Pad Thai rice noodles that you’re probably used to seeing if you’re a Thai food snob. They use wheat & gluten free ingredients so my dish tasted dry/bland. The spring rolls were as normal as can be. The dishes are also way overpriced, but I guess that’s expected when you cook with healthier ingredients and you’re located in Summerlin. Eat here if you’re on a diet, but if you’re craving real Thai food then I recommend going to Thai Style Noodle House… It’s just another 5 minutes away.

My family and I have been coming to this place twice a week for the past year. We love the food! It is hands down the best Thai food we have ever had. It’s authentic, the owners super friendly and anytime someone comes to visit, this is where we bring them.

We found Thai Kitchen to be a well keep secret! We chose to enjoy our food at the restaurant. It was quite relaxing. no crowds or music blasting louder than we spoke. My Pineapple Curry was delicious. I will be ordering«to go» many more times!

Let me start by saying that I never give a five rating. Or I never have you given a five rating. So the four that I’m giving Thai Brown Rice Kitchen is really good for me! One of my favorite foods is papaya salad. another is any kind of curry. We came here and had both and they’re both really good. The place was also clean. The owner, who also works here, is super nice. I went to check out the bathroom, but there is none. It is takeout and delivery only. But, nevertheless, this is the place to go!

Food: is flavorful and fresh. I had the pineapple and onion chicken, papaya salad, and thai iced tea which were all good. The portions are a little on the light side, though. Service: I got take out, so can only observe that the food arrived in a reasonable amount of time and the deliver person was nice and professional. Value: is their greatest weakness. My bill was $ 29 before tip, which is quite steep for the amount of food I bought. While this is a solid place, I don’t think it has the best value.

This area of Summerlin has so few decent restaurants. There’s not much to choose from if you’re trying to avoid nasty chain restaurants. Brown Rice Thai Kitchen is one of the few alternatives. Unfortunately, it’s not much of an upgrade. Chicken pad Thai was uninspired and bland. The pineapple fried rice with chicken was an improvement. Plenty of veggies and well seasoned chicken were mixed in with a hefty amount of rice. Seating is limited to stools lining two of the walls. This is more of a takeout spot serving the area than a place to sit in and dine.

Nice find tonight. Watching a show with Thai food and then it was time to search Unilocal.Right in our neighborhood was this place that delivered. Sorry, but 35 degrees outside and delivery sounded great. Our food arrived in quick order, piping hot and most of all, delicious. Shrimp dumpling, spring rolls, fried rice, curry and a noodle dish. All were scrumptious. Really delicious. Entire family loved the meal. Nice job and delivery too!

Another great lunch. Panang curry on a cool fall day. Delicious! This little mom and pop place is great. Never had a bad meal here. Always tastes great. Good service too. Definitely hit this spot for a tasty quick lunch. Authentic flavors, made to order. Spice it up a bit.

This is one of my favorite Thai locations. Its a bit hidden and the location is built more for take out unless you want to dine in solo. The quality and taste is exceptional. Cooked almost right in front of you the best way for me to describe the taste is light and fresh. Pad Thai, Pad See Ew, Yellow Curry and piles of white rice are a few of the dishes I have conquered in repetition here. They all share a light fresh flavor regardless of spice level and I appreciate this. There is also a lack of ”synthetic” flavor in the food which I am thankful for. I love the staff here and would like to give a special mention to the staff who always remembers my name down to my menu choices. They are very friendly despite long hours over a wok, and that means something. Take out and delivery is available along with tasty Thai Tea on the way out the door. P.S I love their Ginger Dressing!

Food was not bad. This was my second time eating here. The first time I tried this place the food was better and I was happy because it’s convenient to my place. I ordered the pork pad Thai 6⁄10 spice level and it was quite bland. I had to add my own mixture of spice to it. The fried rice was pretty good but I’ve had better. The portions were a pretty good size as well but I would only go here again if I’m desperate for some Thai food and don’t feel like driving.

The food was great and the people working here are very friendly. My girlfriend and I had the Pork Pad Thai and the Chicken Stir Fry in Peanut Sauce. Food is made when you order and all of the ingredients are fresh. It took about 15 – 20 minutes for them to finish our order, which was for takeout. Thai Ice Tea was also great.

I just happened to be in this neighborhood when I seen this place… I love Thai food so I went on Unilocal to check them out and seen they had good reviews… I had the lunch special«Traditional Thai Curry» with shrimp and yellow curry and it was very good and tasty. I’ll go out of my way next time to eat here again… and just to note, the place was very clean.

I’m probably spoiled by the Thai options living in Spring Valley. After a recent job change, now I work in Summerlin and need to determine what places belong in the lunch spot rotation. Brown Rice won’t make the cut. I got the pad thai beef lunch special, which is a good barometer dish to compare Thai restaurants. Portion size was fair for a lunch special. The food quality reminds me of Fazoli’s. Fazoli’s isn’t bad, but you really only go there in a pinch if there’s no other better Italian option. Same goes for Brown Rice in relation to Thai food.

Found this place on Unilocal.Didnt even know it existed less than half a mile from my house. Very fresh food had shrimp soup and thai salad. Small place with husband wife team. Glad I found this hidden Gem. They never use MSG too.

Wow. This place rocks. Reasonable quick and just delicious. I had the larb salad chicken satay and crispy tofu. All were so delicious the larb was killer perfect combination of hot and savory.

Went here for lunch. Staff is friendly and service is prompt. Lunch portion was good for lunch. I had Pangang Curry with chicken and side of rice. I only noticed that my «brown rice» was just lined, the inside of my rice was actually white rice, once I broke the shape to spread the curry and chicken over it. Not sure if they did that because I am Asian and love /prefer white rice, or that is there same MO. I only had it once and if costumer are ordering Brown rice Thai food to be healthy or other dietary restrictions, I would expect it all to be brown rice. no? Therefore 1 star deduction. Otherwise I am very happy with this place. Their Tea machine is the best, love the sweetened green tea. I will come back — maybe for a noodle dish this time.

Really clean cute atmosphere, they have an open kitchen which I always find comforting in any restaurant especially one that primarily does take out and delivery. Its small so I would recommend bringing the whole family to eat but the ginger and rice soup was so good I ate the entire thing. I will return here until I find a better Thai place.

I have never seen such care taken when packing a to-go order. Fresh and neatly packed. I ordered steamed broccoli and chicken with a side of brown rice. Perfect lunch portion and freshly prepared. Will be back!
