I am very disappointed from this place, when I gave them my shirts they just gave me a copy of the items that I’ve left there.
I’ve asked for the cost and the owner just told me that it is hard to calculate, it’s too many items.
When I came back I’ve ended up paying over $ 75 for 12 shirts and 3 jeans repaired.
I’ve told them that it was too high for what I’ve left there and they blamed me for not seeing the price list that is kinda hidden on a wall on the right side when you get in.
Everything was over priced.
I will never used them again…

Took two suits and two dress shirts. Not only did they get everything cleaned in less than 36 hours, but they also got the champagne stains out of one of the suits and fixed my coat button for no charge.
Really nice and very professional. My go to cleaning spot in town.

We called ahead to make sure they were able to dry clean our two shirts on time before the following afternoon.
They were fast and friendly during drop-​off and pick-​up, but when my boyfriend put on the shirt after flying out of town the next day we realized it hadn’t been cleaned at all. There were still underarm stains and full body odor on the shirt despite the shirt being pressed nicely.
Perhaps they didn’t have time and didn’t care to tell us because we mentioned we had a flight to catch the next day so they assumed we weren’t locals.
It was a bizarre experience and we will not be using their service again.

Tucked away behind the strip mall between O’aces and BJ Buffet across the street from International Market on Decatur is where you’ll find this hidden gem. Parking are along the curbs in green in front and on the side of the store as well. It’s not much, but it’ll be quick, i promise.
So check it, I drop in my laundry to get an invoice slip with my info and about a 24−48hrs I can come back to claim my gears. And every time i pick up my clothes come back looking brand spanking new. Every single time! Threads and color looking great. Creasing on point. Even got that fresh new, new smell. Perfect!
The people here? Love them! Nicest and honest individuals working here. They all know you by your name after a few visit. A mom and pop shop that i feel really comfortable with leaving my valuables with. One thing i do notice is that whenever i check in they’re always eating. I think it’s cute, but i see what they’re eating and it makes me crave for banchas all the time. Gahhhh, it never fails! Maybe i should i bring my own chopsticks one day and see where the course would take me.
Turn around time is usually a 24−48hrs depending on when you dropped off, yet I’m kind of baffle why it takes so long when they’re the only one in town with a time machine. I’ve seen them fiddle with some buttons and my wardrobes would spawn up in some of these plastic bags as they’re rolling through this contraption. Pretty cool if you ask me. Maybe that’s why they have to be a little more inconspicuous.
Anyways Comet Cleaners are not just limited to just dry cleaning. They do rugs, comforters, or any other special garments that needs special attention. Alterations or hemming can be handle here as well, so save yourself a trip while you’re at it.
Your apparels are in good hand here.
No pick up on Saturdays because that’s when they have to recharge the thingamajig and do some maintenance if any.

I love this place! I have has some clothes in pretty bad shape that they were able to make look like new. They are reasonably priced and have excellent customer service. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
