Was in a bind needed a shirt ironed quickly and they were unwilling to help. It would’ve taken them two minutes for a broken English just weren’t willing to do it. 26 the difference between a successful business and one that fails in this country is customer service. The human experience is the single most important piece valve because there is so much competition. I was willing to pay any price and the two people there were unwilling to even entertain the idea of even letting me even rent an iron for 2 minutes. Thanks for nothing.
