DVF

I used to buy DVF dresses a lot… but then she changed how she made her wrap dresses and they just don’t hang on me as well as they used to. That’s not to say her stuff is bad. Some of it is still very nice but oh the prices! So when I went here I made a beeline for the sales rack — duh!!!
They only have out one of each item and you pick out what you want and they will bring the size you need to the dressing room. The sales people were very nice and helpful but there was nothing there that I wanted.
It happens.

Had the worst experience of shopping in DVF store and customer service overall. I am an avid DVF collector and have multiple DVF pieces, wrap dresses, multiple clothing and accessory items and am very familiar with the brand.
The pair of pants I bought here ripped after a couple of wears. I live in Manhattan, so they wouldn’t let me exchange the item in the NYC store and the hassle of dealing and returning the item to Nevada was painful. The sales representative assured me she had the correct pair of pants in stock and would do an even exchange.
When I finally got my exchange back in January (pants were purchased in October), I discovered they sent me a wrong pair of pants ! Then the girl I was dealing with was on vacation, then she called in sick, so 3 additional days went by where nothing was done.
Worst part was that this whole experience felt like pulling teeth. I had to constantly reach out to them and contact them on my own — hello, you guys are the ones who screwed up, shouldn’t you be the ones trying to remedy the situation ?
This experience turned me off so much I will never shop with the brand again. At nearly 300 $/​pair of pants, the customer service should be pristine, not suck this much.

The sales girls were very stuck up and the selection was not great. I did buy a bag. I wish DVF would bring out new colors in the Stephanie bag or something, they are still selling the metallic black & silver & gold for $ 875.00 same price it was 3 yrs ago in the same colors. I do realize they released other colors in-​between but the store only had the black n silver n gold in stock. I will never understand judgmental sales associates, u work at a clothing store please don’t judge me I have a good job. This store was a little disappointing.

Service was impeccable — staff is well-​versed, has FUN and was one of my fave boutiques in Vegas. Selection was well merchandised — from RTW, to accessories, to more couture offerings. Shop is a cozy gem — clever use of its compact space. Worth visiting for the eye candy alone!

DVF is one of my favorite contemporary designers and it’s a shame there isn’t a store in San Francisco. As one can expect, I went on a dress-​trying frenzy in here! Almost everything was available in my size — I couldn’t believe it! The service was top notch, except one of the salesgirls, while very nice, would open my dressing room curtain unannounced to look at what I was trying on. It was a little uncomfortable, but she was so friendly and I had such a great shopping experience that I will refrain from deducting any stars.

Yikes. I have to disagree about the first reviewer’s claim about the poor service here. I found it to be incredible. SA’s were quick to pull everything in my size from the back and chatted with me even though I didn’t make a purchase. I’d return if I were in the market for this type of clothing (I’m not).

Not impressed with the service, selection or the geriatric clientele.
There was one security guard, one sales associate, and eight stuffy customers hovering at the stuffed wall racks of clothing.
The boutique was small and unappealing. The pieces should be presented in a less compact and more organized manner.
