I love Kate Spade and this gave me just the good feelings I get when I go into the store. The sales people were very friendly and nice. They provided fresh merch when I picked my cute wallet. It helped that there was a 20% off sale when we went in. I also convinced my sister to get a biege purse which I totally regretted because I wanted that purse too! Purse envy! That’s what happens when you go into this store, you want everything. It’s a small store but has everything you need. Love it!

This particular store was really fun to shop at. It was so adorable the way that everything was laid out. Some Kate Spade stores are so drab, but this one really captured the mood and feel of what the Kate Spade brand is really about. I wish they all looked like this location! I would highly recommend this one over the other!

This store in the Palazzo Hotel seems super busy but the staff is not knowledgeable. They don’t know what they are doing, not fast at the tills and try to help too many people at the same time. My shopping experience here was terrible and when on holidays, you just want to buy your stuff and move onto the next store!

New KSNY boutique! This location has a much better selection than its Fashion Show counterpart! There were a lot more available from their current Summer collection and it’s always nice to see products in person. The store is on a corner spot (next to Honolulu Cookie Co. and not too far from the waterfall escalator entrance to the Shoppes) with floor-​to-​ceiling windows, so although the space is relatively small, it feels open. However, with just 10 or so other people in the store (including the associates), it’s difficult to maneuver. Either way, the boutique is beautiful and a great place to find that KSNY piece you’re dying to get your hands on. Happy shopping!
