Epo Concrete

Stanley came to my home framed up the concrete half a?? ed then asked for half the money to pay for the concrete the next day. Concrete arrived and he didn’t. He skipped out with my money and now the concrete supplier is trying to come after me to pay them for the concrete. He is a thief if anyone has a way to find him please contact me at 792−466−5785. I want to press charges. I have contacted 4 other people he has also done this to and want to have him arrested. He has a false contractors license number and no bond. He uses other company names like Silverado landscape or construction, alltrade concrete, epo services, and all concrete. Be aware he is a 5’3″ white male dark hair. He drives a white Land Rover. If he has cheated or robbed you contact me. The more people I can connect to him the longer his sentence when he is charged and convicted.

I scheduled work well in advance of a week. I took the day off work just to be home when the work was being done. He said he would be here around 7:300 or 8:00AM and be done by noon or 1:00 PM. Then night before my scheduled appointment, he left a text stating he had to finish a job and would be here by noon. It’s 2:00 PM and he hasn’t answered any calls or texts. Now that’s four bad reviews in a row. I only wish I had looked at Unilocal before setting an appointment for disappointment with EPO. DO NOT USE THEM.

EPO CONCRETE — SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAMMER! Stay AWAY as far as possible. This is the WORST job i have ever got done (actually not even done because it has been weeks since he was suppose to come back to finish but has EXCUSES and now ignores calls and texts since he said he was going to show up but NEVER did and never even called or txted to let know he wasnt coming as scheduled for the 3^rd time). The «owner» Stan might be quick to come for a cheap quote but then good luck getting him to call back or get job done. He will schedule a day but then not show up or always have an excuse, or he might stop by do something for a couple of hours then leave job half way and then say he will come back later or several days later when ever he feels like. NOT ONLY is he very informal but he will try to do the cheapest and SLOPPY job and then try to UPSELL you for something that was part of the original quote/​contract and you would think it is common sense to do if he wants to do a half way decent job. It was suppose to be a 2 – 3 day job but turned out to be 6 day job when ever he decides to show up through out several weeks and still not done. Always in a rush doing sloppy job and trying to find the easy/​fast way to finish. He was suppose to come and finish the sealer BUT SINCE HE WAS PAID ALREADY, (My fault, big mistake) HE WILL NOT ANSWER MY CALLS OR COME FINISH THE JOB HE AGREED TO DO AND WHAT I PAID HIM FOR ALMOST $ 4000, so now i am stuck with a bunch of cement that is not sealed AND i already ended up painted over the cement where he choose a color that doesnt match and switched the plan to stain last minute because after looking at it for weeks it was not going to work all of sudden when the time came to do it. STAY AWAY FROM EPO CONCRETE,. YOU Are better off paying somebody else more and have peace of mind and better chance to get job done well and not waiting to see if they decide to show up or not as scheduled. BAD BUSINESS,. its a shame too because 4 people already asked me for a cement referral but it is defenately not Stan from EPO CONCRETE. There are more little things but too many to add,… good luck!
