Eyebrows R Us

Always really loved this place and that is why I gave so many stars. But lately maybe the last 4 times I been there, I been cut. Never happen before. All I am going to ask is if you can add one extra person so we have a choice of who to get. This location is convenient for me so I don’t want to go to another. But if I go one more time and get cut I am definitely finding another place.

Eyebrows r us is a great place to get your eyebrows threaded. My daughter and I both come here about once a month. It’s only $ 6 and we tip $ 4. Total $ 10 and our eyebrows look great. They have other services as well. You can do your whole face if you want.

I’ve been coming here for a few months and a new lady did my eyebrows today. Not only was she chewing her gum with her mouth open but she was also was popping it all in my ear while threading my eyebrows. To top it off I’ve been working on getting my eye brows thick again and she thin them out while leaving them uneven. I had to ask her to fix them.

I love this place, especially when my brows are done w/​Nooria. She has never disappointed me. I have been gong to this location since it opened before that I went to the location on Bonanza and Nellis.
I am always in and out in like 15 mins if they aren’t crazy busy.

It’s fast and the price they have for threading is even better.
I also like that they do a great job;… so far.

Okay… I have really really thick eyebrows, like caterpillar across my forehead unibrow. I used to go to the location on Sahara and valley view and pretty much always had good service. I’ve gone here 4 times now and I will never go again. The first time I went was great Second time was a different lady, and she was awful. My eyebrows were different lengths and shapes. I went a second time and it was the second lady again. I gave her a second chance and she hacked me up again. I waited a few weeks to let them grow back in and I just went in today to have them cleaned up. It was the same lady again (I don’t know her name, but clearly she is the regular person at this location) and I made it crystal clear that all I wanted was the top and middle of my brows cleaned up because she made messed up last time. She even screwed that up… My left eyebrow is now half as thick and straight.
My advice? Suffer with your overgrown eyebrows and go to a different location. #NeverAgain

So fast! My brows were getting crazy and they fixed me up. Took only 2 minutes. The lady didn’t ask what I wanted and because I’m a dude, I had no idea… so I am pleased with the results.

If you come to this location, I recommended Khem. She’s been doing my eyebrows for awhile and always does a great job!!! If you ask her not to take too much off she won’t. One time I went and it was her day off and let some other lady do them and I was disappointed. She took too much off and left a gap. So like I said if you ever go, ask for Khem (sounds like Kim)
This location is sometimes busy, sometimes not. I guess it just depends on what day you go.

I just went here and received the worst service of my life. I came in after growing my eyebrows out for two and a half months and they were super thick, I let the lady know ahead of time that I want her to keep them as thick as possible. Just clean up the line. When she finished and gave me the mirror, I was traumatized. one of my eyebrows was cut off at the end. There are gaps, and my eyebrows went from 2 inches to like ¼ an inch. I’m literally in tears I am so upset. And at that, she tried to argue with me when I was standing there and did not want to give me her name. I had to ask the other lady for it. Her name was Sanaria. I’m appalled and will never go here again, I’ve been going to eyebrows r us for years and she just ruined it for them. Worst experience on my life
