FedEx Office Print & Ship Center

I like coming to this FedEx Center because of the friendly service! Usually I just come to drop off packages with the prepaid labels or pick up packages, and every single time, it’s a quick in and out.
I also like that they open late!

I had the SHITTIEST experience at this fed ex location to say the least. Two days ago I went in to ship a Chanel wallet to my aunt that lives in Texas, I came in waited in line and was attended by a gentlemen asked me the address where the wallet was going to what type of shipping I wanted to do and the value of if, normal
Things you would need to send something, well I choose 2 day express, TODAY 12÷30÷15 my aunt calls me saying she received an OLD tablet !!! Instead of the wallet ! Mind you I double checked the address, so I immediately called this location to find out what happened and was advised to call 1800-​go fed ex directly, so I did I filled a claim. After I filed the claim I decided to drive to this location since I had shipped from here thinking they could help me or at least give me an answer to what had gone wrong, well no I came in and asked to speak to a manager, the manager was Chris SO RUDE AND ARROGANT. I explained the situation and he said he would make a few phone calls mind you this whole time his tone of voice while he would talk to me
Was so sarcastic taking to me like if I was and idiot, after Chris came out he processed to let me know there was nothing he could do for me that he called his «boss» which was the person who packaged my wallet and had gone on vacation ! His boss had advised him to let corporate handle it ! Now my aunt has someone’s used tablet and we have no idea where the wallet it for all I know the «boss» probably stole it and left on vacation ! Or send it somewhere else

Holy crap! I went to the local post office and there was a line out the door and the parking lot gridlocked with people trying o ship things out for the holidays. I decided to bypass the 2 hour wait at the post office to ship my package and headed a half mile over to this FedEx office. No line — yes!
I’ve been here a couple times to print stuff off when my printer was down. It’s clean, easy, efficient and awesome hours.

Wow one of the worst experiences that I have ever dealt with. I went there to print out some paperwork. So I jumped on a pay by the minute workstation. There was lady at the counter trying to send a package out of the country but was having difficulties with all requirements to so. So she gave up and I will take it to the post office and left. When she did a worker without a name badge started gossiping about that customer with her co-​worker Marisol calling a B**** loudly. I tried to ignore that. Printed what I need to print out went to the office supply to buy a folder. I was looking for a folder so Marisol came over to help me. Most of them had scuffs and creases on them, one even had a tear. So I asked, «if there are any in the back that are in good shape?» Marisol replied, «these are all we have and you were probably the one that tore it.» After that I grabbed my paper printed work and walked out. Went to OfficeMax in the same shopping center and had a great experience.

This office was incredibly helpful and fast! I ordered invitations online to pick up in store. I came in on Friday ⁸⁄₁₄ around noon, they were originally printed on the wrong paper but the sales woman (I forgot her name) fixed the problem right away. In ten short minutes I had them all reprinted plus she threw in an extra ten copies for waiting. After i received them I tried cutting the extra whites edges off myself, after she saw my struggle she offered for someone to do them all. All it took was an extra 5 minutes for all 80 invitations! They turned out perfect!

The lady who works here is a jerk. Sent us away twice now for having too much tape on the package. All the other locations and managers at different locations have no problem with them. What really makes this a one star review is the attitude she gave us. She treated my wife and I like we were idiots, and that is not right.

Just left the copy place to make some copies for work. I was unable to get the machine to work properly only to have the lady just watch me and offer no assistance. So I just left and now I still have to make copies for work

These guys are good. They were quick and easy which is always nice to have. I go here a lot because it is convenient for me to fedex stuff to different places. Plus they are a lot faster than ups haha

We were charged wrong at this location. We went back to get it fixed they charged us twice. We decided to turn it off all together and use the USPS, which was half the price btw. It’s now almost a month later and the charges are coming back. We never used FedEx services. When I called to get the credit back I was put through to corporate. I was transferred 6 times with no resolution. I’ve decided to dispute with my cc company instead. I don’t recommend FedEx or this location. If you have a problem and need resolution you won’t get it.

Great service by Jen, really attentive and very helpful explaining the options. A bit on the pricier side for color 11×17s, but the same day service definitely helps justify that price a bit.

This Fedex team is fantastic. They are quick, intelligent, courteous, and friendly no matter what the time or the occupancy of the store may be. I use this store almost daily at all hours, so the consistency is impressive. Additionally, the store is always stocked and equipment in clean working order (no matter how many pens I accidentally lift).

Customer service sucks, need some work! How long of a line or do you see someone standing there until we can get some service or acknowledgement that any of the associates will be right with us?! The guy that was waiting after me shared a few words with the associates and after he left, the workers were talking about how rude he was… Did you forget you’re still helping someone?!! Really all he said was «Is anyone going to help me?!» Save the «behind the scenes chat» till after all your other customers leave! 1 star for the location conveniently near my place and 1 star for the guy who stuck up for all patiently waiting customers!

The customer service here is amazing. They office a wide range of print and copy services, and have done a superior job at handling all of our requests. I work very close to this location, so I am in here about 10 times a month. I have never had a long wait, or an error on an order. But better than that, they go our of their way to make me feel like a star. The employees learned my name just after a few visits. On several occasions when they have told me my product will be ready in two days, it was ready in one. FedEx, in general, is a great company, but this location really stands out!

I use FedEx quite a bit for work. This location has always been my go to location as it is close to the house. Over the past few weeks I have ventured to another location and I now appreciate this location much more. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They have supplies that I need for shipping express or ground.
Express pick up is at 4:30pm. They are open to 11pm!

This Fedex Office is not really an office, it is more like a copy center in a closet.
Fedex bought out Kinko’s several years ago, and slowing started changing the name, from Kinkos, to Fedex Kinkos, and for the past year, Fedex Office.
They clip fliers on your shipping receipt that let you know you can have Fedex pack your shipment, too. Value Added services is the name of the game, to increase revenues for these mostly 24 hour convenience business centers.
I use Fedax a lot. Perfer them over UPS, because they still have way bills you can fill by hand and charge it to a corporate account. UPS stopped that because of too much fraud. Will Fedex be next?
This Fedex was hard to find in the big box strip mall it was in. Look hard or ask someone where is it, like I did.
