Stopped by for lunch on a Monday… I was the only person in the restaurant so wasn’t much atmosphere to speak of. The service was courteous and pleasant. So no complaints there. Unfortunately my burger was very underwhelming. The bun completely engulfed the meat/cheese and veggies, it was just way too much bread and the bread was tasteless. The burger itself was just OK. The cheese didn’t seem to have much taste, the bacon was nicely prepared. All in all, perhaps not the place you want to go for a burger but I struggle giving anything more than three stars based on the experience I had.

Located at the Mandalay Hotel Las Vegas this restaurant by Chef Hubert Keller is worth every penny. I had the taisting menu for two and I must say it was reasonable priced. The food expectations were exceeded and highly complemented with the best customer service, our server was great! Good wine list & craft beer. Must stop in if you are in the area love it!

Food was amazing, but very, very rich(may not be a bad thing depending on what you’re after. It is French food :-). Portions were larger than what the waitress explained and could easily be shared. Price was a bit higher than expected, but not too crazy.

I was at Fleur on Saturday January 23. a few tips for you: Tip1: Do yourself a favor and make a reservation whenever possible… at ANY restaurant in Vegas. saves you a headache Tip 2: If you are in a party of 4 or more, order a bottle of wine. I suggest the house Malbec, its divine, will cost about 80 $ rather than 25 – 30 per glass Tip 3: If you are calorie counting and anti-meat and/or not willing to splurge a bit… not the best place for you. The food is rich and delicious. I commend the Saucier. the lyonnaise sauce on my skirt steak was a beautiful dark amber with perfect thickness… to those of you reading this. imagine the most delicate gravy in texture but full of robust flavors from onions, stock, and wine all presented to you on a perfect medium rare skirt steak… heaven people. its heaven on a plate This restaurant has wonderful service, Dragana waited on us and was wonderful and had informed suggestions. We ordered Braised Beef Short Rib, Skirt Steak, & Osso Bucco. and Tip 4: do yourself the courtesy of ordering grilled baugettes with the Osso Bucco… delicious. Now portions are good. and considering the fine dining spectrum they can be thought of as generous… but many people go to Vegas wanting a tomahawk ribeye at basement sale prices. if you want that. dine elsewhere. Here you will leave full and the quality of the food is stellar. Well worth your dollars. I will definitely be back again. the braised beef cheeks are calling my name as well as the charred octopus appetizer. Come to Fleur. Eat, Drink, and Enjoy.

Dined here for a business meeting during a major trade show. The server talked our party of 5 to try out the World Tour Tasting Menu — comprised of 5 courses. Course 1 started out slow with large portions of food. We were already stuffed by Course 2 and we could barely finish any of the dishes. Each course served 5 dishes and the portions were close to entrée portions. We still had them bring Course 3, at that point we were about to gag. We decided to skip Course 4 and dive into course 5 — desserts. Overall the dishes weren’t as savory or exciting. I wouldn’t really recommend this place.

I don’t usually give one star but this place… if you planning to go here. you should consider it. The steak was cold. and I add lobster for $ 28. it was very small and very very very salty. I’m a lobster lover but this lobster I can not eat. it was too salty I will never never visit this restaurant again

On our last night in Las Vegas, we selected this high-end restaurant, as we were familiar with the Chef(Hubert Keller), from his older restaurant in San Francisco(Fleur de Lis). And what an EXCELLENT choice!!! Talking about the food, some items were exquisite, like the«seared hudson valley foie gras»(warm honey toast, roasted kabocha squash soup) or the«white onion soup veloute». Another dish that I highly recommend also is the«grilled octopus». The service literally excellent: very welcoming, knowledge and professional. Exactly what I except from higher-end restaurants. The décor and seating area, really nice. We all enjoyed this place, and highly recommend it to any food connoisseurs.

You can’t go wrong with Hubert. I discovered Chef Hubert Keller in San Francisco at the phenomenal Fleur De Lys so I was thrilled when I found Fleur in Las Vegas. He is just an amazing chef. The setting is a tranquil escape from the casino atmosphere. Fleur is a great option as you can sit outside — to people watch, or opt for inside for a quieter feel. The bar is beautifully designed. The menu is mostly small bites, and you can do multiple rounds of ordering depending on how you feel. It’s a perfect place for drinks/snacks after a show, if you don’t want a traditional meal — but you can order more or less and still feel very satisfied. The wine list is superb. The space has a nice feel the size make it feel as it the food is prepared with care as it’s a more intimate size than many of its Vegas peers. The service is pleasant, waiters who know the menu and know how to be helpful without becoming a part of your evening. Would definitely visit Fleur again when in Vegas and recommend to friends.

180 of 525,600. The amount of a year it took my opinion of a once great restaurant to crumble. What’s worse, I’m the current«duke». Downgrade reason? The restaurant does not care about their guest. 1. Serving warm Champagne. OK, so it was only a $ 120 bottle. Not a $ 500 Krug but I believe they could spring for $ 0.20 of ice. The server knew it was warm and poured anyway. 2. 75 minute wait between courses. Perhaps the pumpkin for the soup needed to grow, or someone had to catch a run away octopus, IDK. The«real» reason, they were having problems with the ovens. How about showing some respect and letting the customer know? 3. Allowing a visibly flawed dish to be served then laughing about it. A cook must have assembled the dish. Someone must have approved it at the pass. A server clearly sees the dish and still presents it. Cold, rubbery, octopus. A film on the sauce from air conditioning. When asked«how is everything?» I said the dish was bad and obviously sat at the pass for half an hour. The server’s reply«haha, yeah it did». Well F you too! To be fair, the restaurant manager did apologize and remove items from the check, but this isn’t a case of a little green worm happily munching your organic salad with you, rather obvious mistakes bordering on purposeful. Objective food review(best to worst) Grand Marnier Soufflé — Simply outstanding. Perfect in every respect. Perfect texture, perfect moisture. The cream, perfectly infused. The side of ginger /citrus ice cream a perfect foil adding a hint of bitterness. Well controlled sweetness. Tarte Flambé — Tasty as usual but sloppy in assembly. Onion, bacon, asparagus, and truffle atop a layer of crème fraîche on a cracker. Great but the end two pieces had NO topping what so ever. Grilled Octopus — Cold, rubbery, dry octopus atop a dry heart of palm, sweet teardrop tomatoes, dry sea beans, desiccated citrus caviar, a lemon vinaigrette and chipotle aioli. Too bad since this dish would have been PERFECT in it’s balance and flavor if it were served when it was made. Roasted Kabocha Soup with seared foie and honey toast — Awful. Sweetness way off balance. The foie had a rubbery texture. Extremely livery bordering on the flavor of spoiled beef liver. Foie? More like old chicken liver. Service is a joke where even guest sitting at the bar had to endure a bartender more interested in the football game than them. Decent wine list with very high Vegas resort markup. Oh well… «Look my eyes are dry. The gift was ours to borrow…»

I went here last Sunday for brunch because the Mandalay is pretty close to where I live. I got there around 11:30-ish and there was no wait which is always a plus. We were promptly seated in the indoor faux-patio which is located in a really good spot for people watching. The inside area looked darker and more intimate but for brunch I enjoyed where we sat. Service was EXTREMELY fast I feel like our food was out in maybe five minutes. My fiancé got the beignets and I got the short rib Benedict, with endless mimosas of course. The short rib Benedict was on a potato cake with jalapeño hollandaise and red wine jus on the side. I think this was the best Benedict I’ve ever had, which is saying a lot as I’ve had an insane amount of Benedicts. My mimosa never reached the bottom and the server was always extremely polite. I’ve been to many places that have bottomless mimosas and I’ll sit there with an empty glass for five to ten minutes, but not here. Fleur had excellent service. I’d recommend this to anyone wanting an amazing brunch with a friend or their significant other, I know I’ll be back for the red velvet pancakes next time.

What can I say about Fluer, by Hubert Keller at the Mandalay Bay? This place is gorgeous! As with most restaurants at the Mandalay Bay Hotel, this place is no exception to the rest. This is a beautifully designed restaurant! There are ample parking at the Mandalay Bay’s hotel parking lot, by either valet or self-park. There is also parking at the Luxor, with a quick walk across the bridge through the Shops at Mandalay Bay which connects the two resorts. Fluer is located south of the casino floor along restaurant row at the Mandalay Bay! From the moment you walk down the long hallway of this beautiful hotel, all of the restaurants in restaurant row are lookers! I have heard from friends you could just pick one and would not be disappointed! After all, it is a 5-star hotel! I would rate my experience at Fleur as a 5-star! Dress code could be described as beautiful, business, casual attire. It was happy hour so we ordered a few drinks and had the Caesar salad to start. There are only so many words to describe a salad, so honestly? It was delicious! Very delicious! They do have an extensive cocktail menu of wines, champagne, craft beers(they offer a milk stout for you beer lovers with the Mandalay Signature label exclusive to the hotel by Left Hand Brewery), and cocktail and spirits! For my main entrée I ordered the Lomo Saltado(a 12 oz. grilled New York steak, with a soy aji Amarillo glaze and Peruvian fried rice). The steak was soft, tender and juicy, one of the best prepared New York steaks I have ever had! As a side order to the New York steak, we ordered the garlic fries, which came with two dipping options: ranch dressing and/or ketchup! Lastly, I ordered the Classic Tiramisu for dessert! Yummy! The Tiramisu was served in a martini glass! Very nice! I have never had Tiramisu served out of a martini glass before! (For those not familiar with a Tiramisu dessert, it is a coffee flavored sponge cake, coffee and cognac syrup, dark chocolate ganache, chocolate chunk pearls). In Italy, it is called Gianni Doglia, Moscato d’ Asti, from Piemonte, Italy. Chef Hubert Keller offers creations from across the globe, including USA, France, Japan, Peru and Italy… Chef’s inspires desserts hail out of Hungary, Italy and Portugal! Quite a Worldly experience! Service was exceptional! I would like to commend Jason, our bartender/server, who took care of us during the whole experience! Thank you, Jason! I look forward to my next experience here! If you are ever at the Mandalay Bay, be sure to check out Fluer! :)

Not sure what happened but it seems to have taken several steps back. When our waiter came by, he never introduced himself, smiled or made us feel welcomed. It felt more like, we interrupted him. We ordered… Fleur Pom Mimosa — Delicious! Black Garlic Escargot — Delicious! Kimchi Fried Rice — Okay but not great. Scallops — very sandy, the smoky taste ruins the delicate flavor of the scallops. No need for all that smoked bacon for this particular dish. This was the worst dish I’ve had in over a year. Rosemary feta bread — trying to figure out where there was a rosemary or feta. We got a poppy seed bread and a jalapeño corn bread. If this was a place that didn’t over price the food, I could understand them charging for the bread. But to be charged so much, then being charged for something that other restaurants offer at no charge is a bit much… especially when all you get is two small rolls. The menu has changed quite a bit. It seems all over the place. I may give them another chance in the future but for now, I’ll stay away for a bit.

I headed out for Mandalay Bay just see 33 to try out this place. The menu was refined and very interesting, so much so that I almost couldn’t narrow it down to two items. One of these items was one of my most favorite plates I had while in Vegas, the wagyu beef carpaccio. It was perfectly cut, the perfect temperature, and so tender. I cannot recommend it, or this restaurant, enough. Enjoy!

Anything beef is AWESOME here!!! We had a great time, the food was perfect and on time. Waitress was busy but still nice and took care of us. For Vegas, these prices are OK. Great wine selection!!!

Dinner Review … Note about the«star» rating … I gave Fleur five stars. You might ask why given that some of the dishes(as explained below) were just okay, and the reason is that the other dishes were really, really good. Ultimately, I like to judge restaurants and food based on whether I’ll remember them … and I’ll definitely remember the beef tartare tacos, veloute, and ricotta gnocchi. In addition, the service was excellent. Had dinner at Fleur before seeing Le Reve at the Wynn. Decided on the tasting menu(«Tastes from Around the World»), which was reasonably priced(in a relative sense, given how much — and easily — you can pay at the other celebrity-chef restaurants around Las Vegas) … four courses plus dessert(amounting to ten dishes, and I added escargot to boot): Course 1 — 1. Beef Tartare Tacos — Terrific dish. I’m a big fan of beef tartare; the taco shells added texture; and the beef was great. 2. Truffled Beef Carpaccio — Good dish. But I’ve had the same at other good restaurants; not bad by any means … again, a good dish, just not necessarily memorable. Course 2 — 3. White Onion Soup Veloute — Terrifc dish again. This was my personal favorite, memorable in a way that the beef carpaccio might not be; the veloute was rich and creamy, with a trace of truffle. 4. Gyoza — Mediocre dish. This was my least favortie dish; the gyozas were somewhat uninspired with neither the pillowy-ness of boiled dumplings or the crispy skin of potstickers. Course 3 — 5. Ricotta Gnocchi & Braised Short Rib — Very good dish. I really enjoyed the gnocchi(and I’ve had a lot lately … with my favorite being at Osteria Mamma in Los Angeles), especially the nice pan sear; short ribs were also tasty. 6. Grilled Octopus — Okay dish. Not quite as good as the gnocchi, but better than the gyoza. Court 4 — 7. Grilled Skirt Steak Lyonnaise — Very good dish. The steak was cooked well(as is properly, not as in burnt to death) … always enjoy steak and potatoes. 8. Diver Scallop — Good dish. Nicely cooked scallops, but don’t remember the pork belly. 9. Ratatouille — Very good dish. I really enjoyed the ratatouille; I recall another review saying the vegetables were mushy, but I found the whole dish to be spot on. Dessert — 10. Brioche Beignets — Terrific dish. Light, fluffy pilows of goodness … again, I thought the beignets were terrific(but as a word of caution to set expectations, these are different than the beignets you might expect at Café Du Monde). Additional Dish — 11. Escargot — Good dish. Friend had never had snails, so added an order; good dish, but I also don’t eat snails often enough to add any insight. Service — Service was friendly and professional; have nothing but good things to say about the staff. Atmosphere — Comfortable dining room, with an upscale but still casual feel. For more casual, try the food court, and for fine dining, try Aureole next door.

We stopped in here for lunch before hitting the shark/aquarium exhibit in Mandalay Bay. This place is on the fancier side and is pretty pricy but nothing out of the ordinary for Vegas. Very trendy ambiance and a huge visible wine cellar. Service was awesome but in all fairness we did get there somewhat early. By the time we finished and left, the restaurant was a lot more full and when we walked by it after the aquarium, is was packed. The food was awesome! I got the chicken sandwich which was absolutely delicious. I got to try my lady’s fish tacos(phrasing) and they were the best I’ve had to date! The mahi mahi was perfect! Lightly fried to perfection and their light and somewhat zesty lime dressing/sauce was amazing. Even the fries I got with my sandwich were perfect. In closing, check your bank account and give this place a try. It’s well worth the cost in my opinion.

Came here for brunch on Sunday. This was exactly what we needed after a weekend in Vegas and before our drive back to LA. The décor is simple but elegant looking, darker tones and woods. Our waiter here was so nice and attentive. Hangover Angus Short Rib Benedict //This is amazing! It’s definitely on the heavier side but great for a hangover. Lots of pulled short rib on top of thick crispy round hash brown potato cakes(instead of the usual English muffin). The egg on top was poached perfectly. Roasted Organic Chicken Breast //Generous portion of chicken breast on top of a red quinoa salad that is mixed with a fresh light vinaigrette. This was yummy as well and a good choice for a lighter option. We also ordered Bloody Mary’s which are build-your-own style. The bartender wheels over an impressive cart that has various types of vodka, the Bloody Mary mix, and a tonnnn of hot sauce options and garnishes. We were all so excited for this but the drinks turned out kinda bleh. Maybe our own fault though? Haha. Conclusion: bomb food, stellar service, but maybe skip the bloody Mary’s(especially at $ 18 each).

I had an awesome opportunity to dine twice at Fleur by Hubert Keller, a restaurant owned by one of the greatest chefs of our time, Hubert Keller. Fleur is a small-plates restaurant featuring tastes from around the world. One of the most delicious things I’ve ever had was the White Onion Soup Veloute with Truffle Oil. It was an explosion of flavors, and it was so delicious I had to go a second day in a row, just to eat the soup. The first day, I ordered this delicious flatbread, called the Tarte Flambé, which had onions, bacon, truffle oil, shaved asparagus, and crème fraîche. It was simply light and full of flavor. My husband ordered the cuban sandwich with fries, and he was very delighted with his meal. For dessert that day, I ordered the brownie cake pops. They were simply divine. They contained milk chocolate mousse, dark chocolate ganache, and cocoa nibs. I love cakepops, and I have to say this was one of the best I’ve ever had. The following day, March 8th, I decided to go downstairs by myself and grab a bite of that delicious White Onion Soup Veloute with Truffle Oil, that I had the day prior. I also ordered the brioche beignets served with vanilla and cherry anglaises sauces. It was so delicious, and as you know, one of my favorite things is a good beignet. Open entering the restaurant I spotted Chef Hubert Keller himself, I almost fainted. I was looking at his poster outside and said to myself that this couldn’t be actually him. I was happy I had the opportunity to tell him how much I was a fan of his work, and how delicious his soup was. To kick off an even better birthday, I got a delicious chocolate cupcake served by Chef Keller himself. I was so surprised and almost passed out from shock. I was deeply humbled by the whole experience, and never in a million years thought this could happen to me. Overall, this is simply one of the best restaurants I’ve ever been to, and it will always serve a special place in my heart. Thank you so much to Chef Keller and the wonderful staff, you made my 30th birthday special, and I will never forget it.
