Probably one of the smaller Forever 21 stores I’ve ever been to. It was super unorganized, cluttered, lacked any customer service and the selection of clothing was limited in comparison with their other stores. Better to just go next door to Charlotte Russe for cuter clothing options and better service.

I walked into this store which was in the downtown summertime location and was happy to find it much more organized than the one at meadows mall which always gives me a headache. Anyways, I was bothered because no one greeted me or checked up on the whole time I was shopping in there for about 30 min. Despite the fact that they had so many people working there and saw many walking around they couldn’t even look up to say a quick hello or can I help you with anything? The lady working at the fitting rooms looked bored and tired as well. The only reason why I gave it a three stars instead of two was because of the young lady that actually helped me with a shirt that was the last of its size that was on a mannequin that I wanted. She gladly said she would switch it out for me which I was so happy about since most other workers would say no because it was on display. Would come back if I had to choose between this and the meadows mall location but fashion show location still has to be my favorite.

The employee I dealt with was extremely rude. She pushed the store policy 2 inches from my face. I told her I could read, I am a teacher. The best part was that the manager was standing right next to her the whole time. When I asked for the manager, she told me she(manger) would speak to the employee. I doubt it, considering she was standing right next to her the whole time. My daughters have shopped there so many times, I won’t step foot in there again.

I have to agree with my fellow Unilocalers that this store doesn’t really feel like a Forever 21. It almost feels like a completely different clothing line. Things are scattered about and nobody is happy or willing to assist you in finding anything. The only person I found with a smile was the girl checking every one in to the fitting rooms. They had one pair of each shoes but I couldn’t find them in any other sizes anywhere. There are tons of boxes lying around and shoved under racks of clothes. Very strange. I would most likely visit a different F21 rather than return here.

I’ve been to many f21’s and this one by far had the snobiest girls working. Two different girls were working the fitting room and treated me like I didn’t exist… It’s pretty small, not a whole lot of selection, and not very organized.

I meandered into the Forever 21 at Downtown Summerlin with the intention to splurge but walked out with a single item. Story of my life. The store was mostly clean — the only disaster area I seen was towards the back by the dressing rooms. As other reviews have noted, there are boxes stacked along the wall. Not sure why this is, because I’ve never seen this at any other Forever 21 locations. The store itself is a smaller sized no frills location. They don’t sell intimates, for example. Don’t come here looking for undies! Customer service was average for the most part. The fitting room attendant seemed disgruntled, although I can’t blame her too much for hating life. I feel your pain(I used to work retail)! Customers are limited to trying on 6 items at a time. I walked in with 6 and left with only one thing lol. The checkout line went fast enough, and the skirt I was buying rung up way cheaper than what was on the ticket. Secret clearance find! Forever 21 isn’t my preferred retailer, but I’ll be back at the Downtown Summerlin location for sures. Unilocal100CHALLENGE2015: #157

This store looks like an outlet or a warehouse. Boxes line the wall that are labeled«back stock». As if it is apart of the visuals in the store. Most XXI are already messy and no customer service but I am shocked on how bad this one is and what they get away with at this location. I wonder if their corporate office knows how poorly managed this store is.

The place is dirty. I went into the fitting room and it’s like, they don’t clean up the place. This is a much smaller Forever 21. You’re better off going to the ones at Meadows Mall or Fashion Show Mall. I agree with one of the reviewers here, where she said this one doesn’t feel like F21 at all. It’s true, I don’t prefer this one. The vibe feels more like the H&M at Town Square, where it’s cluttered and all over the place.

This does not feel like your typical Forever 21. There are storage boxes lined against the wall and the layout is haphazard. The racks are disorderly and staff is nowhere to be found when something out of reach has caught your eye. I dislike even *being* in the store. I feel like F21 is trying to test the waters in Summerlin, but if this is really the case, a true model of the store ought to be in place. I’ll choose the Fashion Show Mall location over this any day.

I think this is an outlet store. I can’t find anything more than once and they have boxes of over stock on the floor. Really unorganized, I hope it’s a outlet store!

I don’t even want to give it the star I did. The customer service in this place is horrendous! God forbid I ask for help or where something is or for another size because they stare at you like you’re speaking alien tongues. And don’t even bother finding something you like because the chance of you actually purchasing it is slim to none. They always have one girl at check out who doesn’t even know how to scan the tag. I was three ppl deep in line stood there for 30 minutes before walking out. No one greeted me or anything when I walked in or out. This place sucks!!!

The store is big. However very small isles and looks like a big messy room. Too crowded. Just got back a few hours ago and wanted to buy as much clothes I could for the summer but they DONT have plus sizes. Which is bad. I walked out empty handed. All of their stock is mostly for the«LOVE» really skinny women. Which I am not. Big thighs and average waist. So found nothing. Meadows Mall is better for women like me.

Visiting for the weekend, two of my friends were participating in the Spartan Race Super. I had a few hours to spare before heading to the race and another friend of mine needed a bikini bottom. From the outside, the store looks beautiful with blue tinted glass held by metal frames. The inside is spacious with a sea of clothing racks from floor to ceiling. The clothes are well kept and organized. Finding my size was a breeze but some parts of the store were a little difficult to stroll through because of too many clothing racks. They don’t have a Men’s section from what I recall which is a little strange but perhaps demand is different in Summerlin. I went on a Saturday morning and it wasn’t busy at all. There were plenty of employees but some how there was a line at the register. Also, there wasn’t one staff member that asked if I needed help. Overall, this location is no different from others I’ve visited. It’s one of the prettier ones but that’s about it. They might be a new addition to the pavilion and is trying to get settled.
