We came into get an xbox and a few games for my brother in law! And, Tim was amazing! He has such awesome customer service! We were in and out! GameStop needs to keep him!

I’ll just put this out there… I’ve never had a good experience at this Game Stop. The only reason I even continue to go is because it’s close and convenient. The staff has changed quite a few times in the past year, but somehow they continually find employees that are not very personable or attentive. On my last visit to trade in 2 games, I told the guy behind the counter that one of the games should be worth $ 20 instead of $ 9 when traded towards a particular game because I saw it on their website. He flat out told me that was false, but he’ll check anyways. Guess who was right? Then when I was paying he never pressed total to allow me to swipe my card, I had to tell him to pay attention so I could pay them. I normally associate typical poor customer service with poor management, this particular location needs an overhaul in personality and customer service.

I like Game Stop stores… you can find great used and new games, plus they’re usually manned by some of the biggest Video Game Geeks in the world, which helps you when you’re trying to decide if you should blow part of your kid’s college fund on a few games…(just kidding, I’d never do that)…back to the review: Yesterday we bought a few games at Best Buy but wanted to check out the used games for sale, so we stopped by this location to «take a look»…well that turned into 3 more video games and another $ 100 or so. Between this stop and the Best Buy run, I knew I was coming home with some ’splaining to do… so I said what the fizzle and bought a game I wanted too… my son was happy because Dad would take all the heat from Mom… whatever. I would have given this place 4 Stars, but the damn kids who work here don’t know customer service 101. There were 2 kids working there, 1 on the register and the other«sorting» games on the racks. There was 1 person in front of me at the register and it took F-O-R-E-V-E-R to check them out… instead of the 2nd kid coming over to either open the other register or get my games out of the used games library, they just moped around so that when it was my turn, it took another day and half to get checked out… oh well, what can I expect from them? Will I return? The next time I’m shopping for Video Games… sure.
