Rude. Didn’t acknowledge us when we walked in.(We’re young, maybe that’s why) but I do work in customer service and I know to never underestimate a customer or «speak for them». I got better service in the Gucci in the crystal shops by Aria.

Don’t ever get your items repaired with this store. They don’t let you know when your items are ready for pick up. They claimed they called, but there was no record on my call log of them ever attempting to call and they did not leave a message on the contact number I listed. I finally decided to call and check status and the Gucci repair told me it was sent back to this store weeks ago. I went to retrieve my item and they couldn’t even give me a bag with two straps to carry my item out the store with! So next Gucci purchase will definitely not be with this store!

Who doesn’t love GUCCI? See Will in the Jewelry Department. He’s a gem! I loved that they don’t follow you around asking you questions. I like to look around because I never know what I want when I go to GUCCI… but when I see it, I know. I also like to have the oppty to ask my own questions about the various items I want to see or know if they have in stock, as I like the more rare items. They noticed my green python limited edition purse as soon as I walked in… so they pretty much had me at hello.
