Hefty Auto Repair

UPDATE TO PREVIOUS REVIEW
I just logged in the other day to see that the owner of this business, Jack, responded to my negative review of Hefty Auto Repair back in September. I am leaving my review at one star based on the fact that he is blatantly lying in his response.
My fiancé and I did have a decent experience the first time we took a vehicle in. They honored their word on the pricing and got it fixed quickly. When we took in our newer vehicle roughly a year later (the instance that my original review is based on), they honored their quote, and then we had issues after the repair. Here is where the lying begins.
We NEVER took our vehicle back to Hefty after the head gasket repair, there was never a diagnosis of a faulty ignition coil done by them, and we didn’t leave their shop being «belligerent». We took our vehicle to our regular repair shop, James West Automotive, and got a full tune-​up, which fixed the problem.
We would not have taken our vehicle there after such a poor review (my original review was written while the check engine light was on and the response by the owner was written roughly two months later). It is so ludicrous and shows a complete lack of integrity on the part of the manager to respond to a poor review by choosing to defame the reviewer and LIE to make the situation seem better than it was. Certainly not earning a customer back that way.

Amaaaazing service. Came highly recommended from a friend. Fast, honest, affordable service. Great customer service. Plan to return for all my auto needs!

BEWARE, I paid $ 600 to fix power steering leak on 10÷12÷13 and had to fill twice this week and took it back in for warranty repair and was told it was not leaking and Jack would do nothing but wanted to try and sell me repair work for an oil leak.
When I said I was not there for oil leak he told me to find power steering leak and told his mechanic to take my car down and get me out of there. Been in Vegas since 1984, worst experience ever.
