It’s been a couple months since we sat for dinner and the only thing I really remember about Honey Salt was how loud it was. Every surface is hard and every sound reverberates; halfway through the meal I grew tired of yelling across the table at the wife and we just tried to finish quickly so we could leave. I don’t remember what we ate, just that it wasn’t good enough to make us want to go back.

After a long day at the office, my husband surprised me with a date night! Beautiful décor and perfect lighting were the two things I noticed immediately. We arrived around 5:30 which was a great time to beat the dinner crowd. We were seated right away by the very friendly hostess. Troy was the server’s assistant and he greeted us briefly but warmly. Our server, Casey, came over shortly after we got settled in and introduced himself. We ordered some cocktails; Garden Mule for me and the Midnight Rambler for my husband. The cocktails were perfect! Our ideal drinks. We ordered the ahi tuna tartare for an appetizer, shrimp linguini and Mary’s Free Range Brick Oven Chicken for entrees, fries on the side and brookie for dessert. From start to finish, the meal was delicious and exciting. We don’t have one complaint. I can’t wait to go back!

Forgot to review this spot on our last visit but wanted to make sure I gave them praise! Love their salads at lunch and the dinner offerings are super yummy! Very thoughtful food and they take great pride in plating! Kind of loud inside but worth it! So wether your at the bar sitting for a nice light lunch or dining in a table you will enjoy this spot! And it’s not anywhere near the strip so you get a great price for quality foods!

Wish I could give 0 stars. Horrible customer service. Tried to plan a birthday party. Went in ahead of time, wasn’t able to make the reservation. Was told someone would get back to me within 24 hours. 4 days later, having heard nothing, I called. Was told someone would get back to me immediately. No response. Sent an email through their website. No response. Needless to say we having the party elsewhere.

I came in with a friend for Sunday brunch at 11:00 and we were promptly seated by a hostess. It was a little confusing at first, because the hostess showed us to our table and then another man brought our drinks and finally our server came over to help us. Good service, just more people than I am used to. Feeling underwhelmed by the choices and their prices, I had a small latte and the monkey bread($ 9). My friend Sam had the frittata($ 13 if I remember correctly) and a cup of regular coffee. The monkey bread was basically a jazzed-up Cinnabon with a boozy bourbon sauce… tasty but cloyingly sweet. The latte was just okay, with the espresso notes mostly getting lost in the milk. The vibe is strange in here because at first glance it appears to be a cute café, but there are connecting booths by the wall that make it feel more like a cafeteria. We sat an elbow’s distance away from a group of people having a business meeting which was slightly uncomfortable. Maybe I’ll have to come back to check out their dinner scene, but as far as brunch goes Honey Salt has pretty standard fare for an upscale price.

One of my absolute favorite places to go in Vegas. Atmosphere is casual yet elegant. Delicious seasonal assortment on the menu. And wonderful service.

My husband and I have been wanting to try Honey Salt for a while and when we got a gift card for Christmas, we had the perfect excuse for a night out. We went during happy hour, which my husband took full advantage of. He ordered the swordfish taco, margherita pizza, Nashville chicken bites, and the mac & cheese. I opted for a steak salad and the tuna poke. I tried everything and it was delicious. The steak on my salad was cooked perfectly-crust on the outside and a warm pink center. The whole salad was fresh and the blue cheese complimented the steak well. The tuna poke was fresh and I ate it very quickly because of how good it was. We both ordered a «brookie». Dear Lord is that ice cream good-and I don’t like ice cream. It was honestly the best I’ve had in my life. We left full and satisfied. We can’t wait to come back for lunch! The staff was great and very attentive. Our waiter checked on us often and our water was never empty. Highly recommend!

I have been super busy with work, so my Unilocal reviews have somewhat faltered to date, but Honey Salt got me back in the game! I have passed by this place a million times and have always wanted to try it, and I finally had an excuse for my friend’s birthday lunch. First of all this place is adorable and I want all the furniture for my house. The décor is awesome! The menu had great items, but I opted for the power lunch– you get a soup or salad, sandwich or flatbread, and dessert all for $ 21! I ordered the heirloom cauliflower soup which was delicious and the margerita flatbread for the entrée. The margarita flatbread was crispy and I loved the sauce. For dessert, I shared the bread pudding and salted carmel ice cream with my friend. Both were amazing! A few of my friends ordered some kind of chicken sandwich that was also on the power lunch menu and they looked amazing and were HUGE! You definitely get bang for the buck when it comes to the power lunch. I am excited to try this place again. They have a nice outdoor patio for summer nights that I cant wait to try out and want to come back to taste their dinner menu. Great bar too!

This place was just so lovely! Loved the rustic vibe of the restaurant. We came just in time for their happy hour, so of course we had to take advantage of that. We ordered almost everything on their happy hour menu except for the Margherita pizza and the elotes(only because they JUST replaced it with the eggplant dip), so I’ll just go down the list on what I thought about them. –Mac & cheese: my FAVORITE on the happy hour menu. The touch of kale and the the nutty & salty crumbs really took the dish to another level. My only problem with this dish was how long it took to cool, I kept burning my mouth it was too delicious. –Turkey meatballs: not my favorite, the sauce tasted a bit bland –Pork belly taco: super yummy! The sauce really makes it! –Eggplant dip with pita: had a light flavor to it, but I loved the play on texture that they did with the dish. I think there were some nuts and something crispy in there, but overall yummy. –Tuna Poke lettuce wrap: so yummy! Very light and simple. –Nashville chicken bites: the components were good, but they just didn’t work out for me. My least favorite from the list.

I am so late in leaving a review here but they definitely deserve 5 stars! My boyfriend and I came here for our 4th anniversary back in July and on a date night recently, we decided to come back here. July’s Review: We were all dressed up to celebrate our fourth anniversary together and this year, I had my boyfriend decide where to eat while I decide what we do. Per my review at the VooDoo Zipline, you can tell we definitely had a fun anniversary activity!(Again, thank you fellow Unilocalers for your suggestions!) My boyfriend and I ordered some appetizers alongside our main dish and I appreciate that they came out little by little; if we were bombarded with a table full of food I don’t know what I’d do lol. While we sat and waited for our food to arrive, we were given a small basket of bread and I’m not sure what kind of butter they use or what they put in their butter, but it made a simple piece of toast taste like HEAVENINMYMOUTH. When we finished eating, our server knew it was our anniversary, so he came out with a small plate of cute little muffins and across the plate, written in chocolate, said«Happy Anniversary» It was perfect. Just before leaving, as it was time to pay, they handed us our check tucked inside a journal and I saw so many entries from couples, families, etc and so I decided to leave a cute little message too. Very unique! October’s Review: We dressed casually this time, both hungry for something delicious and since we both liked eating here and liked the service and the ambiance, we opted for something we were familiar with. It was nice and cool out so I was finally able to wear some of my fall/winter clothes(can I get a hellll yeaaaaah?!) and because of how good it felt outside, we dined out at their front patio. The dim Christmas-y type lights that were strung above us created something that felt just a little intimate. It’s all about ambiance! I’m not sure if their menu changes every once in a while but the menu looked like it had made a few changes on their dinner dishes. I chose the Salmon dish(I forgot the name) and let me tell you, IT. WAS. ON. POINT. The chopped warm pears added to it took me by surprise but I quickly recovered when they just melted in my mouth. My boyfriend ordered the Filet Mignon(I wanted to devour his food, but lucky for him, he stayed a good distance away) which he said tasted really good. Our food was cooked to perfection! It was a little chilly out, but our bellies were nice and warm. Once we were ready to pay, they handed us our check within the very same journal we were given before. I flipped through the pages to see if our very first entry was still there, and it was! This time Elmer wrote in it. Sadly we didn’t have time for dessert because it was time to head to the theater! Perhaps next time!

We went to Honey Salt for Sunday Brunch. We arrived at 10:30 and grabbed a seat at the bar. This place is AWESOME! The service, food, and atmosphere were excellent. We ordered the breakfast pizza($ 14) and the pancakes($ 13). They were both very good. We liked the breakfast pizza the best. They also have great drink specials.

Wow. This place truly exceeded my expectations. The interior of the restaurant is cute and gives a homey-feeling. It actually reminded me of Founding Fathers(if you’re familiar with the DC area) except this place is a million times better. I ordered the Mary’s Free Range Brick Oven Chicken Breast(mac n’ cheese with kale & anaheim peppers). For dessert, we got the Brookie and their seasonal Pumpkin Crunch dish. Both meals were simply fantastic and were the perfect portion size. The service was also phenomenal and the waiters continuously asked if they could be of further assistance. We actually might stop by for brunch later this week. It was simply THAT good.

Ok… I like their brunch more than their dinner. The fried lotus blossoms, the farmers toast and the their octopus is phenomenal! The service always seems to be good, but each time I’ve eaten dinner there it’s been lacking. It’s décor is great, and I love their bar/happy hour deals. I just feel like they need a few dishes that takes their dinner menu up a notch. If they want to be in the same neighborhood and price range as Vintner Grill then they need to step it up.(Just a touch) If I could give this place a 3.5 star, I would…

I have to say the theme of this place is very cute. It’s modern, yet it has a country/homey feel to it. My coworker offered to take me here for dinner one night after work for my birthday. We arrived around 7:30pm on a Monday eve, they were not busy and we were seated right away. We were given bread to start that came with the most delicious salted honey butter. I could have eaten the butter with a spoon. Travis, our server, suggested to me the Biloxi buttermilk chicken sandwich. It comes with two fried chicken patties, coleslaw and a delicious honey mustard sauce. It also came with a caesar salad on the side. The sandwich was bomb. I put the housemade butter pickles on it, and I dont even like butter pickles, yet this little addition really made the sandwich come together. The salad that accompanied my sandwich was a little dry, but nothing a little extra dressing couldn’t fix. My meal was washed down with a tangy, yet refreshing cup of pomegranate iced tea. Even though I was pretty full after dinner, I couldn’t leave without dessert, after all it was my birthday. I decided on the bourbon bread pudding and it was really good. I would have preferred a little more sauce, but it was still tasty nonetheless.

This place is magically. I spent several hours looking for a quiet place with good food that was OFF the strip. I’m am in Vegas visiting while my boyfriend works. I’m pretty big into fitness and eating REALFOOD which(if you’ve ever visited Vegas before you know) it’s pretty hard to find along the strip. Honey Salt is an adorable place hidden in the corner of a shopping mall in a nice part of town. They have an awesome hipster vibe with a gorgeous brick wall on one side and a wall with mirrors of different sizes scatted around. We started with the salt and pepper fries. They are just regular fries, nothing too crazy about them(they are good). I know this is weird, but my boyfriend and I dipped them in the honey butter that they serve with the bread. So good having a mix of salt and sweet! I had the special that day, braised lamb with chickpeas and carrots. Simply amazing. A perfect blend of flavor and spices. My boyfriend had the Ahi Tuna entrée. It looked delish, but a little small. Finishing the night out we had the peach pie with coffee. Can’t say enough about it. Fresh, yummy… you’ve gotta try it! Scott was our server and he was seriously amazing. He called a cab for us and made our experience even better. I think this is the longest Unilocal review I’ve ever written, but I can’t say it enough… you HAVE to go check out Honey Salt!

I came here because I wanted chocolate, brownie, and ice cream. We found a photo of the brookie and fled here immediately after finishing dinner at another restaurant. It’s a nice place, kinda fancy, and a great date spot. I unfortunately was full so didn’t get to try the food. That brookie though. Yummy warm brownie with McConell’s salted caramel ice cream. Omg this ice cream combo was out of the wooooooooorld. I think I could finish an entire pint of the ice cream alone, but with the the brownie it was the perfect match. I’m giving the brookie a solid 7⁄5 stars. Leaving 4 stars for now as I have yet to come back and review the food.

I’ve been hearing about this restaurant for awhile now and finally made it up to Summerlin to try it out on 6⁄6 for lunch. They completely exceeded my expectations. I was impressed with service. We warmly welcomed in like being invited into someone’s home. Our waiter, Travis was genuinely kind and a wealth of information about the menu and restaurant. The food was outstanding. The lavash is not your basic lavish. The combination of the light texture and cheesy flavor is great. For our meals we had the Southern chicken sandwich and the burger. The chicken sandwich had so many lovely flavors and the chicken had a tasty, unique seasoning blend that is obviously made in house. I almost didn’t order the burger because I was worried that might be a boring choice, but I’m so glad that I did. So juicy and flavorful, definitely not your average beef burger and instead a blend of several flavorful meats. We topped the meal off with an amazing huckleberry bread pudding. Ahh, so moist and rich in flavorful. I can’t wait to make the hike up to Summerlin again to try this restaurant for brunch and dinner.

We came for dinner on a Thursday for my dads birthday. It’s location is absolutely perfect across from boca park, right next to Francesca’s. The patio is beautiful, but it was a little too cold and windy. The inside décor is decorated with soft warm colors and old farm style tables and chairs. The ambiance is perfect and fits the farm to table theme perfectly. We were sat inside and greeted by a friendly and knowledgable server(I love their uniforms)!! Bread and water were brought to the table(everyone went nuts for the homemade butter). I couldn’t eat it being vegan… but we ordered quite a bit of food… So I was glad I was able to save some room! I ordered the Cabernet, and it was an excellent choice. My boyfriend and I split the vegetable pizza(vegan), the grain power salad(vegan), the broccolini(vegan), and the cauliflower which came out on accident(vegan). The grain power salad was unbelievable!!! It was so delicious! The flavors and textures were amazing and it’s a dish we will definitely order again. The veggie pizza… It was really really good. The sauce wasn’t over powering and veggie selection on the pizza was perfect… Just needed more mushrooms :). The broccolini was very simple but Cooked perfectly, I probably will ask for sautéed garlic next time. The cauliflower… My least favorite. It was really just okay. We didn’t order it, it came out on accident and they just let the table keep it(nice touch). It was good, just prepared too simple for cauliflower. The service was impressive. They stayed on top of the table and made sure everything was done right. Everyone was super nice and accommodating. We can’t wait to come back and do a date night here! Definitely vegan and non vegan friendly so make a stop in and enjoy their wonderful menu.

Love love LOVE this restaurant. As of yesterday I have been here for lunch and dinner and never disappointed. The service is on point, the food is fabulous and I love the thrown together décor that looks so nonchalant and is anything but this. This restaurant has been put together with love and precision and it shows. I don’t care how busy this place gets, they always have their game face on and I believe everyone genuinely loves working here and it shows. Lets get to the important part, the food. The menu changes based on seasonal offerings, but I have yet to have something on this menu that I did not love. I will focus on our meal yesterday for lunch. They always bring out a complimentary bread with a spread, yesterday it was a thin crispy wafer like bread with a compound butter. It was delicious, crunchy and light, perfect for lunch. I started with the Smashed Pea Soup, hubby started with Calamari. The calamari was fried, but it was not oily and it was very flavorful. My soup tasted as if the peas had just come out of the garden and were made into my bowl of soup on command. The soup was just plain delicious. We then had the My Wife’s Favorite Salad(name of salad) and The Caesar with Chicken. My salad had duck confit(you read that correctly), spring mix and frisee with slices of mandarin and a fried egg on top. It was ridiculously good and I am happy to learn that is it a standard on the menu because I will have to go back for this and soon. Hubby loved his Caesar, but was not thrilled with his chicken addition. He found the chicken lacking in flavor and moisture. Couldn’t get to dessert yesterday we were way too full from our tasty lunch.
