I have visited this store twice and both times not a single person waited on me. One time I was the only one in the store and there were 3 clerks. I no longer even bother going to this location but instead buy online or shop at out of town locations. What makes it worse is that I called the corporate office who told me the store manager would call me that week but they never did. SO sad really– I am a rewards member and purchase quite a bit online. In this day of competition you would think they would try harder.

I’ve been a Talbots shopper for 20 years or more and took a 4 – 5 year hiatus from Talbots when the recession hit & my employment status wasn’t stable. Sad they closed The District & Fashion Show Mall locations when the recession hit… this location isn’t convenient for me at all. BEFORE the closure of the other locations I hated this store… the employees were rude, confrontational & just fake. I popped in here in July and was happy too not only see the employees I remembered from this store not working here… the employees from The District & Fashion Show replaced them. It’s still not convenient for me but I’ll make the trip once a month or so. Talbots in general run weekly sales now whereas before you had to wait for mid-year & end of year markdowns so even though some my find their prices higher… chances are you wont pay full price because there’s always a special sale happening…25−40% depending. The girls know me & my likes & it makes life easier for me since I hate shopping. I value their opinion on what looks good & doesn’t on ME, especially after having lost 4 dress sizes… not used to buying smaller sizes yet. In terms of quality… it’s there. You do get what you pay for. I’ve never had an issue with an item not looking good or falling apart after a few washings like I have with Loft &AT pieces. If you’re a classic style dresser, stop in and check them out. This location carries misses, petites, & plus sizes.

This is such a convenient location for me, it’s a wonder I haven’t been shopping here before. I actually only recently found out what cute clothes Talbots carries. My mom turned me onto them in NC and I decided to take a look at the shop in Vegas. If you have to wear business attire on a daily basis and don’t want to torture yourself with uncomfortable clothing, this is the place for you. Some of the clothing is a bit overpriced, okay maybe more than a bit, but if you catch a sale like I did, you’ll be fine. I recently bought a dress, 4 shirts, a blazer and a pair of slacks for all under $ 100. Give it a try if you have a need to dress professionally on a daily basis. The styles are surprisingly contemporary.
