Every review nailed it! I needed a note to return to work. I called 10 times and 5 days later, no note. It is a 3 hour wait, that is very true. The staff there is terrible. I did like Dr. Grover but time to move on. There is so much more that they have done to me, but I get so frustrated when I think about Dr.‘s treating patients like this… UUGGGG

I received a threatening message about my review. No apology, nothing, just a threat to sue me for libel if I didn’t remove my negative review. I worked in doctor’s offices for over 20 years, and waiting more than an hour for one is unacceptable, especially when the patients are in pain. Review you business practices and the negative feedback will stop.

The doctor is a quack. The office is a pig sty. He makes you get an xray every visit so he can bill your insurance company. If you read the R.J. you will see that Grover and the Nevada spiine clinic were just named in a massive health care lawsuit, where Grover is accused of implanting fake spinal hardware in unknowing patients. If you choose to see him again it probally will be in the state prison

YES! You will wait to see Dr. Grover. His offices are busy because you want to be seen by the best. I have waited hours on occasion. But when my incision bled because I would not stay in bed, I was taken back right away without an appointment. I have been going to see Dr. Grover for several years. He performed surgery on my cervical spine last year, correcting twenty years of screw ups from others. After having lower back problems for several years, I got my MRI and cried in the parking lot while reading the report, but Dr. Grover knew just what to do. I was scheduled for surgery, which I put off too long because I did not want my tattoo on my low back ruined. I know, stupid. I went in for a microdiskectomy(?) but after going in Dr. Grover found that there was an underlying, more serious issue than a bulging disc which was not visible on the MRI. He fixed everything, and then painstakingly, meticulously closed the incision, taking extra care to line up the tattoo. The result is that my tattoo does not need any touch up. You cannot even tell there is an incision there. Its flat and healed perfectly. Now, when I know I’m going to see Dr. Grover, I bring my kindle, a charged cell phone, snacks and a beverage. I make myself comfortable and wait patiently because I know Dr. Grover will take the time necessary with every patient and he may end up running behind. I have been that patient who creates the delay, but when you are in a bad way, you will appreciate the fact that he cares enough to give a patient an extra 15 minutes. If I needed another procedure, I would definitely go back to Dr. Grover, regardless of the wait time. So stop complaining about the wait time, Dr. Grover is as skilled a surgeon as you’ll find and cares deeply about his patients.

Wow! There’s so much to say about this office! After I signed In and found a seat I noticed that they had a movie playing on the tv, which I thought was nice. Then I wondered if the was a need to entertain patients for 2 hours at a time. The gentleman that signed in next more or less confirmed that when he asked the receptionist if Dr. Grover was running late today because the last time he had to wait 5 hours. The receptionists never really answered him either, she just sort of shrugged her shoulders and said, «not really». The very next patient asked if there was a 5 hour wait again when she signed in. I should have left then. As I waited the 2 hours to be called I was surprised to see how comfortable some patients were to be loudly discussing the series of pain meds they’ve tried and which ones they were going to «just tell the doctor I’ve tried them before». I was also seriously concerned that some of these people, obviously heavily medicated, would be driving to and from their appointments. Perhaps the most amazing thing about my experience would be my trip to the bathroom. The floor was covered in discarded paper towels and crumbled up seat covers. There was no toilet paper(unfortunately, I discovered this after I had already used the bathroom). It didn’t appear to be as simple as they had just run out, there wasn’t even a toilet paper holder or dispenser and no empty roll in sight. I have never seen a more disgusting bathroom in my life. Once in the exam room my wait was short and within a half hour I had seen the nurse, physician’s assistant, and doctor. On my way out I noticed a sign, complete in it’s own plexiglass frame, that read, «Dr. Grover is running 2 hours behind». Apparently this happens often enough that they have a sign ready. Too bad it wasn’t on display as I signed in. It’s amazing to me that with this kind of service that a place manages to stay in business.
