Never here before until today. A week and a half ago I called, ordered a specialized battery and paid over the phone. I called them yesterday as the battery should have been in by then, asked, it was there but they hadn’t got around to calling. So went in today, they greeted us as we walked in even though they were helping others, got to us quickly. We got the battery and receipt and were on our way. If they had called to tell me when it arrived it would have been a 5 star. They were very helpful.

They had an okay selection of electronic parts but their customer service is terrible. Went there looking for parts for an Internet of things project. I was not sure what type of Led and resistors to use in my project. Not being an electrical engineer but knowing about electronics I was hoping for some help. It was like prying info out of employees to get any help. They were cold and generally useless. I could get an answer faster on the Internet. And when they tried to help I was sold parts that fried a few ports on my controller because they did not take a minute to help and take a small interest in what I was doing even though I was the only person in the store… Lesson, or similar had same parts selection and I will wait for 2nd day delivery rather than give these guys money.

They had the parts i needed and the staff was very helpfull in know where the items were that i needed but were stored in the back warehouse.

I love keisub, as a store. Having electronics components, at a fair price and local. What I do not like is the customer service. I had waited for the tall older gentleman who said he would be right with me, 10 min later still waiting and he is just talking with a coworker some small talk. Then a shorter middle aged gentleman came and asked if I needed help. I said yes and explained what I needed, he had a bad attitude and when he found what I supposedly needed he said gruffly if your device blows my transformer your paying for it. Ummm ok? I understood the remark but the way he came off was just rude, even when checking me out he had a attitude. The only time he lightened up was after checkout when I pulled out my Unilocal app and started typing. I’m not a fan of frys but I think I will give them another shot after this experience.

Friendly people, open Saturday and they’re the only store in town(besides Fry’s) that carries a decent selection of electrical parts. They don’t carry«everything» and they’re not as cheap as ordering online, but they always seem to have the part I need in stock.

Bad service and a small selection of supplies. I stood around for 20 mins in this small store and not one person offered to help me find what I needed. I’ll be heading to fry’s and radio shack instead.

I happened to come across Kiesub while trying out the BBQ place next door. When I walked in I was like a kid in a candy store. LED’s, hand tools, shrink wrap… the selection in the showroom was quite extensive. They also carried all sorts of transformers. If you’ve got a need for an AC transformer with specific output… check here. Pricing seems to be slightly towards the higher side… for example I can get 3M electrical tape in all the colors cheaper elsewhere. But sometimes you need it, Amazon isn’t fast enough and it’s good to know Kiesub exists. I will be back.

Terrible service. Called after I purchased an item for service and they brushed me off. Last time I will be coming here and will tell everyone to stay away.
