I had the same experience as Ashley. I will be looking for a new doctor.

This office is the worst doctors office I have ever experienced or have heard of. I showed up to my appointment 40 minutes early, more than the 30 minutes requested by the office, as to respect the doctors time. I waited an additional 2 hours before being seen. I would have left at this point but I had already paid and driven a long way to be there. Doctor Kirsten Rojas was very professional once I met her. I thought she was a good dr. Because I had already waited so long I could not stay for my lab work which was going to be another 40 minute wait to get blood work drawn. I came back a week later to get my labs done. And also went to have an ultrasound done on my thyroid at a nearby office. Dr. Rojas office has still not sent me my lab results now going on a month later. I have left 4 messages, talked on the phone to someone in the office who said she would forward my message on and I am still waiting for MY lab results. They didn’t call in my prescription until I had called to remind them 3 times. I also just received a call saying that I have to come back in to redo my pap because they didn’t get enough cells the first time. So I am expected to pay another co-​pay for another lab that I will probably never get the results for and spend another 3 hours of my life in the waiting room. The problem is this was my 1 annual check up covered by insurance so I can’t afford to go to another office nor do I have the time. This office has no respect for their patients time, money or body. The office manager clearly needs to be fired because their system is beyond terrible. I will probably have to make an appearance to the front desk to get my file and labs, which will not be pretty and the patients waiting will know that they shouldn’t waste their time.
