Great MD and very patient with us. Very competent and caring. Made my wife feel better about her procedures. We are picky as we are in the medical field. Grateful to this doctor.

Dr Lisa Roberts is amazing. She has delivered the last 3 of my 4 children, so I have spent quite a bit of time in her office. There definitely can be a wait time, and sometimes babies need to be delivered, but she is well worth the wait.

Extremely long wait… usually 2 – 3 hours before you get to see her. And seeing her usually never last more than 2 – 3 min, in my case… even after D&C.
She tends to disappear in the middle of an examination and never comes back… have done it to me twice.
So I was just sitting there only wearing a gown and freezing, thinking that she will be right back… until I decide to poke my head out in the corridor and hoped to flag a nurse down and find out if I should wait or get dressed.
After the last 3 hour visit and not even being able to see her, because of an emergency (which I absolutely understand) and being told to go have coffee and come back, I have decided to go some place else.
She is a good doctor after all, but the waiting ruins the whole experience.

My appointment was scheduled at incorrect time. Even though I was notified incorrectly and took time off work to come see the doctor, no accommodations were made. The doctor Roberts refused to see me. The only suggestion was to reschedule. How about I reschedule and it will be noted incorrectly and I just continue going back and forth till they get it right. The doctor obviously doesn’t care to keep her patients.

Web reviews gave her 4 – 5 stars which is why i chose her as my obgyn. I was very disappointed. She wasn’t attentive and was always running late. An hour to two hour wait to only get about a 10 minute visit. She wasn’t aware of my situation even after 2 years of seeing her and made mistakes she shouldn’t have. She was a waste of my time and her practice effected my emotional well being. She may run a whole bunch of tests, but it seems she does it to fill the pockets of the practice and not for the patient. If you’re too busy, stop accepting patients. Simple as that.

I am very unhappy with their billing department. I received a bill back in April 2014 for a procedure i never had. I called their billing department and they informed that the I was charged incorrectly and that they fixed it. One month later I received the bill again. I called, they said they fixed it. Next I have been swarmed with calls from a collection agency asking me to pay my dept! I am unbelievably furious with this doctors office.

Dr. Roberts is such a great doctor. I have been to so many gyn doctors here in Vegas and just could not find someone who was compassionate and could help me. I found her name in my provider book. I went to her after a surgery gone bad, and she helped me find a surgeon and my Doctor in San Diego for an illness that no doctor in Vegas can treat. You can call and get an appointment right away. You never have to wait long in the office. The entire staff is kind and really know what they are doing. If you have an emergency and need to see the doctor they get you in as quickly as possible.
If I could give her 10*** I would.
